RU-vid setup for beginners - Today’s video I’m finally talking about all my RU-vid filming equipment and sharing all the tech that I use to film my videos starting from when I just started my RU-vid channel to what I now currently film with. I will share the lighting equipment and audio gadgets that I use to get quality video and sound. As mentioned, my first camera was the canon t5 rebel which is very budget friendly but isn’t something I recommend if you are planning on taking youtube very seriously because it has a few cons that will make filming a lot harder than necessary such as the auto focus and the fact that there is no flip screen. The quality is still amazing so if you just want a great camera for under $350, that’s a good option to have. My new camera is a great alternative to the canon 80D and I highly recommend it because no one really talks about how similar these two cameras are and it will save you a lot of money! The 80D retails at about $800 where as my current dslr is very similar and retails at about $500 (body only)
