I CAN’T DO THIS ANYMORE.... 

Being an upcoming RU-vidr is challenging. You'll have those times were you might feel a little discouraged😟but if it is your passion you have to have faith in it. I definitely get where you're coming from, I look at my videos all the time and just think about how my views don't match my subscribers. But I'm not giving up. Anyway, I recently found your channel like a few days ago and I looooovvvee your videos, especially your hair videos. As far as video suggestions..I would say put out whatever content YOU want to put out and have faith in it.

I definitely see how this can be frustrating, you’re definitely underrated. I love your videos even the weight gain journey even I’m over here trying to lose weight lol. If you want a video suggestion, I personally love like spa routine videos or a day in the life type of videos, I still love hair videos especially braid outs and twists outs.

Hey, I am a viewer that did not know how to properly care for and manage my hair before watching your videos. I am doing a lot better and still learning, thanks to your content. Just the other day washing my hair, I said to myself because of your video content I now know to look for slip in conditioning my hair to help in releasing hair knotting. I think talk through videos do well! But I definitely understand where you’re coming from and I try to support small RU-vidrs because I am one and before that I always try to support those who need it. I am an introvert and as introvert it is difficult to come out of your comfort zone especially if you deal with social anxiety. I told myself for my own benefit and self development I was going to start this process again to help my social anxiety and speaking in front a audience. I know you’re trying to gain commodity with your platform but just as you told me stick with it and be consistent. You do the same and just pray that God will guide you in this business! 🙏🏾

I can totally relate to everything you’re talking about in this video. I enjoy the wash and gos because I look forward to seeing what products you used. I just wish I had more interaction in my comments too. Ugh this process of growing your channel is frustrating😫

I'd like to see you make more videos on organization. I love those!! I feel like hair videos are so common now, so I feel like home decorating, organizing, etc would be unique. Also I'd like to see your commentary on topics, current events, especially from a west indian perspective would be interesting.

You could do an ethnicity tag so we can get to know you more as a person. I think you should just start over maybe even private most of your videos and start becoming more raw with viewers. Story times etc

Glad you spoke on the topic of viewer retention (I didn't know about this before recently). I like workout videos and vlogs, but i am mostly here to support. Keep on keeping on!

I can relate about the audience. Asking for responses and or topics is like hitting your head on a brick wall for me. I thought maybe I needed better edit, etc making videos. Then, I realized I was doing this for therapy and something to do. Anyways, Keep doing you! Do whatever that makes you happy and or makes you feel comfortable.

Hi Shari B. I totally understand where you're coming from. I'm gonna speak for myself and a few here. I got subscribed to your channel cause of the try-on hauls. Your all time most popular vid is a try on haul and I think lots of people who saw that vid subscribed as well. I've watched all your try on hauls and they're really amazing, I don't know why you stopped. Your hair videos are great, but I think only a few of your subs actually want to see that stuff. I suggest you spice things up a little. This is my own 2 cents and my personal suggestion. Keep it going girl we love you and always want to see more of you

I would like to see you do deep conditioning videos, and oil treatments for colored hair. Maybe braid outs, and twist outs too. Lastly, more videos to educate us on how RU-vid works, and techy stuff.

I do support you Shari. I’m not sure if you can tell which of your subscribers watch your full videos, but I watch all your hair videos, and I watch them all the way through.

I never ever liked a wash n go I did until I started watching your videos and using products you recommended. I’ve always enjoyed watching smaller RU-vidrs more than the bigger ones because it feels more real and relatable. Video suggestions I have would be vlog style/spend the day with me, try on hauls & other hauls like target & ikea since those are your go to, routines (skincare, morning, night, wash day), if u do, do wash & go do more chit chat style. You don’t have to be animated & extra or someone you’re not to get the growth you want!

Too many video’s of the same stuf over and over . RU-vid has become somewhat repetitive with everyone doing the same things over & over. I mean how many times does one need to see wash & go’s, twist outs, rice water reviews etc....so this is why you just have to do what YOU enjoy and hope ppl like them if you plan on staying on RU-vid.

Don't give up! (Unless you really want to ☹). I'll tell you how I found your channel...I have 3c curls and I found your 3c wash and go routine video. One thing I notice (and I am no expert nor do I have a channel of my own to speak from experience...just sharing what I see 🤓). Things like a routine - deep conditioning, prepoo, wash and go for various seasons or geared towards moisture or specific concerns, product reviews, hair journeys and challenges...the "I tried" videos showcasing some of the popular styling and detangling tools, skincare routines. Even try adding in a friend one day maybe and have them try foods from your culture or let them style your hair or something like that. Fun way to mix it up. Food vlogs seem to do well too or just a day popping into a few interesting places and highlight the best parts. RU-vid can definitely be tough to get to a point where it's rewarding but you seem to be on the right track. I think your video quality is really good. Just keep testing different things. You got this 💪🏽

I feel like you should do & film what makes you happy. I’m sure your true supports would like to see more of your personality & interest. And if not, your new content can & will attract new subscribers that’ll appreciate your videos. I’m glad you’re being clear about how RU-vid works though...hopefully people would be more mindful when clicking on videos. Oh and I love your hair color by the way 🙂

I would not make the videos so long. I feel like alot of viewers have short attention spans so they might not last 25 minutes. Also "get ready with me/storytime" videos seem to do really well. I hope you reach your goals ❤

Maybe try editing different. Like adding memes or short clips. Also you should project your voice and be more lively without being fake excited like other RU-vidrs 😂.

Where is brush/comb from?

I like your wash and go video but it just seemed like everything you use works for your hair so to me it ends up feeling repetitive. From what I remember I don’t think you’ve done maybe more then 1 bad review if you ever have ? Okay so now the videos that I enjoy are your fashion videos and when you do home stuff because I’ve learned about new items. Even if your item is old to you it’s new to us ! Also maybe do a separate video about starting a channel because a lot of people are searching that to me .
