Hi, from the USA. The biggest loser show proved that the method they use does not work long term. $5000 a week, when you are doing most of the work, is completely ridiculous! We’re talking about 20k a month!! They are not for the average person, that’s for sure. Wode says it’s worth it like he’s speaking to people with that type of money. We’ll I guess he is. Cut your carbs, buy organic food if you can, and do a moderate exercise program for at least 150 minutes a week and you’ll come out better off. You don’t need to spend that kind of money!!

It is ridiculous to me also but i am sure her target audience is not the average person. I would be giving away my whole month take home for a week of exercising. I know how to do the occasionnal fasting and exercising. Also, as she rightly stated too much carbs just gets turned into excess fat especially if you do not have an active lifestyle. Overall, Wode Maya is correct. All the money in the world without good health is worthless. So it is a good investment for him but I can see how it may rub some people the wrong way, because $5,000 is a lot of money. However having said that, I am happy that our people can offer these specialized services and if the results speak for themselves then its all worth it.

It all depends on where you live in the US if you live in the big cities it's all set up to make you have health issues slowly when it comes to food but in the small country towns we eat fresh food and veggies

It is still possible to get visa on arrival. One has to have someone apply for it from the Immigration Department in Accra. The basic requirements are an invitation letter, and bank statements to be provided by the one appying on ones behalf. I persoanlly have been using such visas for many many years. My last one was in May last year.
@@tvs9978 the term visa on arrival is categorization. It contains many variations. The one you probably have in mind is no longer available in Ghana and has been replaced by the current variant.

when you arrive in Ghana you will receive a stamp in your passport stating how long you are allowed in Ghana. your visa to travel is for travel only. when you arrive you will receive a new entry stamp in your passport stating how long you can stay in the country.
