ranbats levels are balanced based on winrate. If mausehold's level is lower than corviknight's, its because mausehold wins more often than corviknight at the same level. When mons are added to ranbats or their set changes, it will go through a phase of being adjusted by level until its supposed to be balanced. Some mons like kirketune or sunflora are lvl 100 or nearly. Others are like lvl 65 because their base stats, abilities, movepool and typing is drastically better
