I went back to playing 22 because of multiple reasons. The best players as you said are behind packs and collections and it also feels like packs are so dry ever since the start of 23. The other big thing for me is the strike zone this year, you could perfectly dot a fastball that would be a strike in any other MLBTS but for some reason this year it’s a 50/50 and that can change an at bat if not walk a guy in a 3 ball count. I also don’t like that programs feel like collection fillers bc it would be nice to get a usable 99 after a long grind
Season 2 was insanely Grindy, but loved how it made the bullpens goated. I have a feeling season 3 is gonna be worth it. 99s there will be better and (hopefully) more accessible whether in programs or events
In the show 21 and 22, All Star series cards have been my favorite time of the year. I hope this year they do just as well with the all star and make fun programs to grind and cards to get.
I’m excited for Season 3. I think they have a chance to nail TA and totally turn things around. I just hope there is more accessible 99s for the casual player. The grind isn’t even for 99s, it’s grind 97, collect them for 99s lol. The bullpen this set was seriously incredible, and I thought starting pitching was pretty good as well. Everything else felt very lackluster. Very optimistic about Season 3 though.
Incase you haven’t already change’s probably need to be made with the AITO squad due to set three. Make either a short, community post or something to try and get the community to make the changes. I think that would be a good idea to keep the AITO squad community made. Love the videos keep it up koogs!
They added dynamic difficulty in co op. Aka freeze off central. And you still have to use 84 ovrs. Like they expect you to hit of HOF and legend with golds that's crazy
There was a lot of content till now I will admit but my main complaint was there being too many 99s in my binder so it was hard to find good cards, there being so many 99s made them feel less important. Being that season 3 is doing away with older cards, that makes me excited to see what comes next. Best cards for me were the charisma Jazz, the incognito rock card and definitely 99 trea turner. Favorite pitcher had to be nasty Nestor 🎉
I’m super excited to get out of season 2 … the content this time around just wasn’t it and there was super long stretches with nothing to do. I’m praying they listen to us and make programs actually worth grinding cause I’m not trying to be playing 15-20 + hours of TA for a 97.
I filled out the (long) survey. I have dropped a couple hundred every so often because I like the game a lot. I told them that. But I told them i won't be buying stubs if they decide they want to continue the grind 97 Buy 99. I won't put any more money into the game.
Like you said, they came out hot in season 1 and a bit slow in season 2. I really didn’t play much of season 2, maybe come back in season 3 we will see
I HATE how everything good is on the diamond duos packs because the thing is not many people can afford to buy every diamond duos pack, I know SDS has there way of making money but they gotta remember not everyone is a big time content creator like koogs, and fuzzy, I only have 3 set 2 cards on my team I swear, it is 95 Brandon Marsh, granted I hit AMAZING with Marsh cards but still, Gorge Brett, and Aaron Loup.

I noticed in season 2 all you had to do was topps and POTM and that added all the good cards. The other programs weren’t good and since you already had that season 1 base you didn’t need to do it. I prefer a lot more season 1 cards then season 2 cards so I just upgraded my bullpen and rotation and catcher but besides that it stayed mainly the same from season 1. Also I had this complaint in season 1 but besides the POTM and beginning of the seasons there wasn’t much. It kinda got boring after those things. But season 2 was so much worse because we had season 1 cards.
100% with you on S2. That much grind for cards you won’t use made me lose all interest. Also quicksell value is so low they need to lower the bundle price. 75K for 50 packs is so fkn bad
The game is so repetitive this year like in conquest the same CPU teams win and take strong hold so you are stuck just grinding the same game over and over again. In the USA conquest map the Houston Astros control the entire southern half of the country so I have to play them 8 or 9 time in a row which is awful.
If im being honest i stopped playing the game this season/ middle of season 1. idk why but i feel like this year in terms of locking players in certain seasons was just not it to me. also having only 97s after finishing most of the programs is not fun. i liked last year a lot more if im being honest.
