LMAO this is my second Nerd Lair video, and I was still kinda sad for you, but well played at the end. I sub to ya. Just an FYI most peoples "joke" videos, have a degree of truth to them, so seriously if you are getting discouraged on views just remember, that RU-vidrs are rising and falling constantly. I have seen hundreds of RU-vidrs approaching a million subs, go down in flames cause they had to get political (NEVER GET POLITICAL! It is a death sentence for non-political channel youtubers), came up with a "prank"/controversy that didn't go down well at all, or they turned into complete assholes to their subs. Anyway keep at it and once you hit 5K it's all down hill form there. Also with Nerd in your handle, I recommend covering other stuff in Nerd culture. IE table top rpgs, graphic novels, regular novels, possible deep dives on Nerd Brands, and I think there is a great shortage on channels that cover cartoons from the 80's and 90's. Retro is always awesome!
