On March 1ST I am starting a 21 day water only fast 21 days is the longest fast but in 2000 I did a 43 day water only fast no coffee or coke just water and that saved my life I do not have plans to do a 43 days on water only. At the time god showed me so much. God Bless you all the first three days is the hardest then it is easy.
Use intermittent fasting as a way to get closer to Jesus Christ. In Christianity fasting is a sacrifice to God. Some people fast for days and others fast for periods of sixteen hours or more, these are mighty sacrifices. Many satanic strongholds will break when you fast so definitely fast. "Howbeit this kind goth not out but by prayer and fasting." Mathew 17:21

Another Friday and another video from you! I celebrate this journey with you. I’ve done fasts, based on lack of understanding. Yet I had been doing fast on a day of a certain time period and learning how to clear my mind and stomach.
