Didn’t buy a too good to go bag but got 3 x cathedral city lighter cheese from my local coop for £1.08 each instead of £3.50 each good until may. They are more at other supermarkets like £4 per pack. Very happy.
Well you got a good buy there hope you are all keeping well Hannah, it's nice to see someone helping their parents out you are a really good person. Sending love and prayers to you all 🙏 God bless.
Hi hannah really enjoy your videos and wanted to say thanks for inspiring me to make one myself I couldn't believe how nervous I got so full credit to you.
Hi Hannah, a great video. Well worth the money. I love Aldi, unfortunately they don’t do the magic bags where I live. Well done on getting your bargains.xxxx
The sandwich meat doesn’t freeze well. I’ve tried it before when I’ve had it for a few days & noticed it’s getting to its ‘sell by’ date. It is rubbery once defrosted & tasteless - won’t even do for pitza toppings.
Good Haul...Did you pick these up on the 22nd? I am a bit confused about the legal stance of the Use by items. fridge items being shared, I run a Community Fridge and we cannot collect such things the following day even the night collections we get are not allowed to freeze unless like with our Waitrose donations they can fast freeze items for the morning collections.
Aldi do quite often have Items with 30% off on the shelves if they’ve got a glut of something, & it’s getting to its ‘sell by’ date, you just have to look for it. Lately I’ve bought chicken drumsticks, Pork Sausages & white fish fillets all with 30% off, & 3 heads of brocolli yesterday for 20p each with not a thing wrong with them - they were fresh as a Daisy. In fact I queried the price cos I thought the wrong sticker had been put on.
