Come along with me to Estonia for my first competition back in 3 years!!! Getting back on the mat and competing again is a huge milestone for me. The time away was incredibly tough, both physically and mentally, but regaining the confidence to compete has been immensely rewarding. Despite the medical team's advice against competing, I trusted my body and enjoyed every moment out there. There's still a lot of work to be done, but my main goal was to give it my all again and I did just that.
