This was hilarious! I couldn’t help but laugh, man. I started in February of this year and it reminded me so much of my first day/week out on the road. Forgot pillows, didn’t pack any snacks, didn’t know 100% what the paperwork was either. I didn’t run off with the fuel pump but besides that it was pretty accurate. One things for certain, you build systems and learn from your mistakes. Keep up the hard work!

Some would probably laugh at you for that. I would laugh with you. Everyone's been in those situations where "Ah everyone's looking at me", if not you will be. I bet that kid will remember to check the nozzle before he leaves :). Thanks for sharing! I did the same thing when I went coast to coast, just sleeping in my car. I got to my destination and realized I didn't have any sleeping pillows, blankets, etc. All I had was literally a uhaul moving box. I layed it on the floor and had probably the base sleep I had in days haha.

Using the chain binders it’s always good to have a piece of pipe that fits over the tensioner handle a piece of pipe that’s like maybe a foot and a half 2 foot long it’s called a cheater bar that way you got more leverage to tighten those things up those binders and it will help you to put more weight on them to make the actual locking motion hope that helps

Good job .couple things ratchet binders are better in my opinion. BUT as far as getting the lever style to lock you use your bar to lock it ,that gives you the leverage not the pointy end the cut outs on the other are made for the lever style. But that the way to keep at it , and that nozzle shot that is golden don't ever lose that video years from now you can look at it and laugh your ass off.

Get a bottle jack and a base of some type for it if ground is soft… you will be thankful you have one later and not just a floor jack. May also consider how you strap so your straps are between rub rail and trailer deck… that way if you rub something it can’t tear your strap. Down from load, through the rub rail gap, under rub rail, and hook over the top on the outside. Beat of luck in the new endeavor… videos are looking good.

One thing u don't do is get to your delivery at that time of night. There was no rush because the board isn't live now til about 7-8 am to get another load. Another reason u don't do that is at night u don't know what to expect on the road. Dead ends, country roads with no lights wrong address from the broker all that crap happens. Always stay away from those situations so if you're within 2 hrs of your delivery and it's late evening pull into a walmart and get some rest head out and just deliver around 7 or 8 am
