Haha, maybe not daily as I don't get up to enough but I know what you mean. I used to love vlogs back in the day, they seemed much more natural and real so I'm just going to try and be as real as possible
Hey Eddie! Special cleaning probably involves applying ozone to the room so that the gas can neutralize any bacteria responsible for the cigarette odor.
8:18 I'm a native Spanish speaker and I have no idea what "tarjetería" means either, so your guess is as good as mine. Remember that you're going to learn plenty of regional vocabulary (which is cool!) that you wouldn't normally encounter in Spanish classes. Same thing happens with English and other big languages. There will be things that don't even exist in other Spanish-speaking places, so you might as well get used to asking what something means: "Qué es ____?" or "Qué significa ____?" should do the trick. Luckily most Spaniards are pretty friendly so don't be afraid to ask around. Also, I would have literally asked "qué es tarjetería?" as a native speaker, so asking what something means isn't always related to your Spanish level, so don't be hard on yourself (been there). ¡Mucha suerte y éxito! 😊
@@EddieFarara Oh, I see haha. Well, I would've still asked what that was and what was it for as someone who's not from that area and was going to that supermarket for the first time. ¡De nada, Eddie! 🙂
wasn't expecting to see you in Jaén at all x) i'm surprised you managed to find a place in that small town! (you lowkey gave away which one it is by saying how long the bus ride is lol) hope you enjoy your stay here :)
Hey Eddie - great to see you back online - with an excellent vlog! I wonder how many ‘physical’ meetings take place every day, which like you said, REALLY aren’t necessary! I always tend to ‘drift off’ after about 10 minutes, and hope I don’t suddenly get asked my opinion on something! I wasn’t expecting your lighting solution at all 🤔💭💡. . . I thought maybe you’d dangle the ring light from the ceiling somehow, perhaps on string stretched from one side of the room to the other! Are you ok with being on your own? You certainly seem happy enough here 👍😁 Hopefully you’ll have time to keep the vlogs going - once you’ve got that absolute mountain of red tape sorted!🤞
Yeah true, lots of stuff that could be said in 30 minutes over a zoom call. Yeah it’s alright being alone, I defo prefer living with people but it’s fine cause I’m surrounded by lots of people in a very tight knit community, hope ur well fella
I just discovered your chanel and i liked this video. And i gotta say that your spanish is very good. I would love(and hope)😅 to visit your unique country one day. I am oficially a new suscriber. Greetings from America
Hola!!
Couple of things, if they may help... Mahou is pronounced as "mau" not "majú". The h is silent. And the other: the Spanish anthem does not have lyrics. It's not that it's controversal in which language to sing it,... it just does not have.
I only watched until 3:37 but as a Spanish I can tell you in the south people dont speak castillian. They speak spanish with the regional accent. And people do not sing the Spanish anthem because it does not have lyrics. Do a little bit more research. 👍🏻
@@EddieFarara There is only one official version and it has no lyrics. Those who sing the anthem with lyrics sing the version of the Franco Dictatorship (far right supporters). It’s controversial because it is about politics. Then, in football a lot of us sing a “lololololo” to the rhythm of the anthem. And there are Spanish pop artists who have tried to add lyrics to the anthem but none of them have succeeded (for example, Marta Sanchez).
