You should definitely show more of your Japanese collection like the samurai pair! Knee bags are kinda hard to avoid for skinny/slim fits for sure, I'd recommend trying out the more contemporary straight cuts like the Uniqlo straight selvedge you were trying to find, or N&F True Guy fit
First entry for me was Naked & Famous and I got them at the Bay in downtown Vancouver, I didn't know anything about sizing, fits or fades but got two pairs and then quickly learned about Brave Star and ordered far too many jeans that didn't fit me properly because I didn't know my measurements properly which resulted in a lot of donations and giving away. That was 1.5 years or so ago and since then I've learned my lessons well and can say I've moved onto a lot of great brands that I enjoy like Samurai, Oni, Kato (I only own one pair and they are stretch and pre-faded) Momotaro, Iron Heart, Gustin (I decided to try one of their jeans in an interesting fabric/colour) The Strike Gold and Tanuki.
@@GradientJourney I’ve never gotten a pair of raw denim I just don’t do anything on the weekends and working out in jeans is uncomfortable so your a g for doing that
I cant edit on browser version. But I agree a lot with the knee bags. How tall r u? If u dont mind me asking. Im 5"5 but 34 inseam was the only website option left, i think the inseam contributes to a lot of the baggy knees
