I have an insane amount of hours in this game and i love it. Cuz of this, i have a bit of insider knowledge One thing that many players don’t catch is using the blank in the tutorial room before prompted to. Just trust! The gungeon is insanely dense with its secrets. The tutorial room thing is only the beginning, don’t be afraid to get lost and try unconventional things :)
Thanks for the advice! I’ll make sure to try it. Sadly I had some recording issues and lost a few hours of progress but another gungeon video is going to be made eventually!
my first experience with enter the gungeon was on switch and i hated it . on pc it was pretty fun tho but god damn controller is so awful with that camera constantly moving around
Controller is much better for your movement since your thumb stick can move a whole 360 degrees while keyboard it’s up down left or right but for aiming I def think a mouse is much better for control over aim.
Youre really good at this game, even experienced TBOI players can’t get through the first floor on their first runs. I have played soul knight (a similar game) for a couple of years and it took me around 10 runs until I finally defeated the first boss
Some starter Tips: 1-. the floors always spawns a Chest with a weapon and one with an item. If you dont get an Weapon in a floor, the boss item you get will be a Weapon 100%. In my opinion, always try to prioritize items 2-. ignore most blue Chests. Most C tier items are Health increase ones, and only few of C guns are great. 3-. if you kill a floor Boss without getting hit, you get a Master Round that gives you a full Heart of life, ando double the H Credits. 4-. The pilot is the best of the basic survivors. His lockpick is a 50/50 chance of opening a cheast, and on a normal unlucky run, you will get into floor 4 without enough keys. 5-. ALWAYS BUY KEYS. Keys are your best friends in this game and even more at the beggining
