I can help, I can also give you a quick run down as well! As you may or may not know, UF is composed of two teams, the orange squad and the blue squad(keep this in mind when it comes to requirements) Requirements: First, you have to be accepted to UF. you don’t have to commit to the school, you just need proof of acceptance. For stunting: you need a good amount of experience with coed stunting or all girl stunting. If not, then they have a clinic for stunting as well. tumbling(from what I’ve heard, this depends weather you would be in the orange or blue team): For the orange team: u would need a standing backhand spring or/and a round off band handspring series For the blue team: you would need a standing tuck or/and a round off tuck or a layout. Some tips(this kinda goes for all college cheer teams) 1.be confident! 2. Have very sharp motions and jumps 3. Go to college cheer clinics(trust me help you in a long run, especially if you don’t have the much experience with coed stunting) 4. First impressions is key! I don’t know if UF has tryout attire requirement, but this goes for many college cheer teams, most college cheer teams would want you to come in wearing school spirit wear or their s school colors. Sometimes they even want you to come in wear game day Makeup and hair. I would try to do some research on their appearance, hair or makeup wise. I hope this helps!
