Good rule of thumb to have is to never move out until you have double + 15% of what you would need to cover your first 3 months of rent. Price the furniture you need and save that + 15%. Sorry if that was a lot it’s just something my papa and dad always said to me.

I miss apartments and being able to move to have the upgraded appliances, fixtures, and paint. Blessed to have a house. This makes me want to upgrade stuff!
