The time has come to step up my 2 stroke game!

Merci bien! Oui quelques modifications pour improver l'utilisation et aussi d'entretien. Mais comme dans la video j'ai recu un kit a concours pour cette moto. Plus tard je pense que je vais l'installer 😁 Mais a commencer je veux l'essayer comme ça.

A sticking clutch is often the clutch basket that is worn, this can be solved by grinding the fingers on the basket a little

Yeah I had that with my FS1 once. Ive also had it with old oil. I will try that first since it's the easiest. Clutch basket is the second option 😁. Thanks for the tip though

I have also a sticking clutch and replace the oil but it is still the same, i will try you advice

@@marcelmarcel8815 if the grooves are to deep, it will probably be better to replace it. It all depends on the condition.of the basket

Thank you! It's yamaha competition yellow. Not many painters know it or can mix it. And if they can mix it, it costs a lot more than regular paint. Apparently it has many different shades of different colors mixed in.

@@variofarm1816 No the painter that did it didnt have any code aswell, he found it in one his mixing applications, but its not a RAL paint. I dont know what it is or what code it has, I have a sample piece now which I gave to the painter that did the seat piece. He could then read it with his paint scanner

@@variofarm1816 salut vario farm ! La peinture c'est le jaune sport utilisé sur la moto de kenny roberts senior ( ancien pilote moto gp triple champion du monde) dans la fin des années 70's . Yamaha a même sorti une r1 avec cette robe jaune et même valentino rossi l'a utilisée pour une course!! Bon courage pour la peinture 🤘😜

How much does they cost in Belgium? Personally i have RD250 Air cooled. Benelli was somehow competitior in its time but without success (i ve heard they were way too expensive back then) also no reed valve and outdated ignition.

Not sure how much they go for around here. I had it in a trade with another motorcycle. That's why I got it because an RD250 or 350 was my first choice. But I got offered this trade instead. The ignitions are prone to fail, this one has a 12V CDI upgrade from the previous owner, so hopefully no more issues with that 😁. Curious what the price difference was back in the day!

Ah a 2 stroke bicylinder. We have a private joke with some friends: "un bicylindre ça se mérite" which I could translate with "twice more cylinders, thrice more problems". But there's the sound, 2 stroke sound magic start with inline bicylinders. To be honest I really don't trust italian claimed numbers when it comes to power, speed...

Yeah I think the claim is optimistic, but this one is down on power. Im gathering some parts to do a tune-up. Hopefully it runs a bit better after that.
