I was thinking the same thing. I just picked back up on GTA 5 for my PS3 and it gives me memories of that whole last decade. Sad to say that I do miss it. This is why we have to enjoy our best years

And i will need a new motherboard cuz i only got one X16 PCIe slot (MSI B450M-A Pro Max). So I’m better off with a whole new build 😂

Sometimes old PCs that were your first PCs aren’t the best compared to newer PC and stuff, but what they have more of is the fact that your greatest memories were most likely made on that PC, especially when you first started gaming 😊
@@SMGJohn nah u dont know wat ur saying i have a athlon 2x 245 with a gt210 15 years now and its still running without any parts replaced now that was slow but still works 2023 may not be able to play latest gaes anymore but the fact that it still running for 15 years shows how durable it is compared to todays parts that uusually only last 2-3 years
@@KiotheCloud I do not really see how that correlates. MX440 could barely do 3D graphics, its DirectX version it supported was barely 8. It ran Half Life 2 at 360p and 18 - 30 fps. Your GT 210 is infinitely more powerful, its like comparing GTX 285 to an RTX 4090, its the kind of leap we are talking about.
I could relate bro. My first setup was back in 2007 with an E4500 Core2Duo, 1GB ram, Gefore GT5800 with a 450W PSU. Sadly, I had to sell it for a laptop.

Relatable. My first pc was in about 2008 . It had a core 2 duo and a gt 210 . It served me well until up about 3 months ago. Just got a new pc But the old dog is still up and running today

@@Vman9780 No, I scrapped it around 2012 I believe. Even with a SSD is was just too slow on Windows 7. I mean, I purchased it when Windows Vista was released, haha. Yeah, ancient times.... I am running a 13700K paired with a Sapphire 7900 xtx. Not really happy where Intel is headed. Too much heat generated from the CPU. Should have went with an AMD processor.
Turn it into a server! That's what I did to keep my first pc alive. Runs like a dream to this day, and I don't have to pay for any personal servers or storage
Best pc is not the most expensive one with some crazy hardware, best pc is one that you enjoyed using it and you have made memories with it. Thats your best pc you had.
This is wholesome part about PC building. When u make ur first PC build and spend years on it and share great times and years after u look back to ur best memories 🥺. My first PC build ever has a 11700K with 3070ti lol but I look forward to spending many years together

That case is an Antec P183 released in 2009 and the PSU seems to be from 2012 or so. The GTX 750 Ti was released in 2014. But the motherboard and CPU definitely can't be what he had in 2014

I can feel u. I also have my old PC. It has a Core 2 Quad Q8400 8GB RAM DDR3 1333MHz GTX 550Ti (upgraded from GT 210) Surprisingly, I also have the GT 210 lol. I just don't want to sell/throw away anything that works. I will find a use for it soon.
This is why I'm so annoyed that game and OS developers are lazy with coding. The Q8400 and GTX 550ti could theoretically make a great dedicated platform for Minecraft for example.

I had a gtx 750ti was just a beauty back in those times especially for old mw2 and counter strike. Just a lovely memory. I upgraded but still have my old it’s in a full tower 8gb ram and a 850w power supply 😂

I got my first PC in 2009 I believe, and it had a 450W PSU, Nvidia GT 710 (upgraded up to GT 1030 2gb) , Biostar Mobo H61MLV2 v8.2. 2gb RAM (which I upgraded to 4 then 8gb between 2014 and 2017) but still I really liked my old PC and it's still alive now, but it exists for MS WORD kind of work though. I'm kinda accumulating tears in my eyes, such nostalgia. Thanks for reminding me man.

That gigabyte motherboard is a z270 board. That means it was built after like 2017 or so. Damn... I feel old, that still feels somewhat modern to me. The 750ti is old though but that's probably in there because graphics card prices were crazy back in 2017.

I remember playing on my moms hp laptop that got 60FPS in league. Was the happiest dude on the planet. Did I forget to mention the screen was literally falling off the laptop?
The first PC I built was in 2016 and was effectively a high-end 2009 build... Air-cooled Intel Core 2 Quad, 8 GB of DDR2 memory, a passively-cooled NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT, an ASUS XONAR sound card, all stuffed into a repurposed HTPC case... The top insulating foam ended up getting the GPU heat pipes imprinted into it! The only component I had to replace was the PSU and I think I only needed about 600W to run the whole system including a well-used 320 GB HDD and a pitiful 128GB SSD. I ran Windows Vista and eventually 7 on it as soon as I could get my hands on a copy.
My first machine was put together by my father from parts people threw away at his workplace, We ended up with an i3 4th generation processor paired with 6 GB of ddr3 ram and an 8600 GT 512 mb GDDR3 card, loved it, always will, had to recently sell my new machine for money for food, funny how fast time flies :)
PC from 2013-14: Has a Z270 motherboard from 2017. Has a Windows XP license sticker on it, even when the support ended in 2014. Yup, makes total sense. (Unless you upgraded the motherboard and CPU later on, then fair play).

I came from the AMD dual Athlon series sporting a 9800GT Ultimate. It was good times figuring out how to host Team Speak and upgrading to 1333 ddr2 memory. Ancient now, but it was good memories - working long hours at McDonald's to save up for the next upgrade.
My first PC was a 2002 prebuilt computer with Pentium III. It was an unused office PC. I could run miniclip games, even games like Tarzan, Road Rash, Virtua Cop, Age of Empire II, and FIFA 2002.
The same could be said for the one I built in 2015. I've been using it (i7-4790K with GTX 960) since then, until about a month ago when I got my new one and assembled it. Now, the old computer is being used for my large monitor in my living room and alternatively a second PC first testing DayZ stuff with 2 accounts
My pc in 2013 had a Pentium 4, GeForce 8400gs, 3gb ddr2 ram and a 32 bit OS. The fans spun at 100% the whole time it was on. I used to use it as noise for when I went to sleep.
OMG finally someone who played og rust my brother had a pc i strated playing rust when i was 8 og rust is still in my memory many people who played it don't whant to play new rust they still think game is shit i play rust still to this day
