How? recasting and sacrificing it doesn't do anything. Unless you meant that the commander is sacrificed to food chain. You can't pay for the activated cost with food chain mana.

Coming from a mixing background. The intro is a bit loud. Like with all tracks, if i could i would beef the drums up, but is that necessary for the listeners.

Smashfox here. Lol The nantuco was just a test card that increases cradle count, copy a possible volatile stormdrake on my field, & overall im just a fan of. I already took it out though, every time it was in my hand it was a dead card.

I think I see the synergy between the cost reduction on pride of hull clade and food chain. That's pretty dope. I see the walking balista you can dump a bunch of mana into, but otherwise is there something specific you are doing with it that I'm not seeing, or are you just trying to power out your big mana creatures like hullbreaker and tidespout?

@iPhoneeditor It's mainly in the deck as a ritual. If you have all managorger, forgotten ancient, & tidespout in play. You are able to bounce everyone's boards. But having all of those cards in play is honestly not difficult. 🙂

Smashfox, just curious if you were playing fair Food Chain in your Nadu deck? I played it in mine along w/ Shield Sphere, etc. as part of a turbo Nadu build, and I always felt like it was my super secret tech everyone had overlooked bc I saw no one else using it despite it often being amazing

I mean I don’t it basically killed some decks but I will say the bans would have been a lot more positive if it was just dockside and nadu. I don’t think mana crypt ban was justified and jeweled lotus was just nuked for no reason. The format will obviously go on but the way the banned the cards left a sour taste in everyone’s mouth it was not well executed.

Youll need both in Play for that to work. 1 counter makes it 1 cheaper and food chain only gives a set 12 mana or so each sack right?

youd need both for infinite mana, but only one for infinite counters, since food chain gives 1 extra mana and the other half of the commander tax is covered by the counter
