hmmm. As a Singaporean, i don’t think of investment when buying a property in malaysia. Purely on retirement mindset. Ringgit has weaken from 2.4 to 3.4 against Singapore dollars since 2012.

I personally feel the Gov should impose some sort of limits for foreigners buying Malaysia property/land such as setting leasehold limits up to 30 years like other neighboring Asean countries. Currently, developers are pricing props at the 1 million mark to attract foreign buyers when the surrounding market price isn't at the price. These affects ordinary Malaysians from owning their own house or other Malaysia investor to hedge their savings against inflation. Sean, just my personal feedback, I feel your contents seem to also focus on Singapore lately. Ordinary Malaysians won't be able to relate with this (unless they are working there), they are already privileged to begin with. Hope you are able to get more local audience content instead in the future. Thanks.
