I got inspiration and some ideas for this cook (even during the cook) from a few places. Links to some below.
1. Harry Soo's channel: bit.ly/3uYqPrd
2. Video by TheWolfePit: • Moist and Tender Pork ...
3. Lots of encouragement and advice from several people over on the forum at tvwbb.com/

The net that was wrapping the pork back when you opened it was there so the roast would cook and hold its shape. You should have left it on. The same netting will be on a turkey breast for the same reason.

This is a great video about smoking pork, using the thermometer to guide the cook! I have the same smoker and I want to try this same cut now! I like your honest impressions of the experience that you share with us! We see ourselves in you, Chris, and that’s the best part of your videos!

I appreciate it, Charles! I‘m glad that I‘m able to help motivate others like me who, although not experts, can still accomplish something cool if they just jump into it and give it a go. I was so intimidated by this cook, but at the end of it, I had an enjoyable day, gained experience, and had some great food as a reward!

That looks good! That's the next thing I'm gonna try on my Pellet grill whenever I get the time.

Great 👍 job. The 14.5 is tricky. But you seem to figure it out

Yooooo. How good were the beans though? 😅🤔

They were some good, just a bit thick. I made them again and ony added some onion and red bell pepper and the juice that comes out of those while they cooked made the beans the perfect consistency!

Good video. Newbie cooks pulled pork successfully. Get a full bone-in pork butt for your little WSM.
