Great video and info! I just got my real estate license here in Madison, Wisconsin and signed on with Keller Willams. I'm still in the learning process and looking forward to closing my first deal! I am originally from Victoria, BC Canada (close to Seattle across the border) but now live in Madison, Wisconsin which is a great college town. I became a US Citizen here so now have dual citizenship (Canada and US). The home prices here in Madison seem pretty stable with moderate price increases over the past 2 years.

Ugh cold calling will be the death of me, a dialer definitely helps but it’s so hard to talk after they say no or just hang up 😭

What if you’re not 18 but instead , 47! I know nothing about real estate but I’m interested . I’m starting with educating and getting license . I have no idea at this point. I hope it’s not too late for me . I have a full time job but planning to do this part time . Heaven help me lol

Question: if I start hustling with cold calling as soon as I get my license and get with a brokerage, do you think I’d get a client sooner rather than later? I mean on average how long does it take

Generally when you do anything sooner rather than later your desired result happens faster.. ;) It took me a couple weeks to set my first appointment, then about 90 days of consistent cold calling to finally feel comfortable on the phone!

The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.
