This is so dope man, a rapping youtuber who goes to local Pokemon tournaments who likes football. Genuinely feel like a lot of people can relate to this and get on board - i certainly have always kept my love for pokemon to myself but i love the community you have built with your streams where a bunch of lads and ladies can chill and talk Pokemon. Fantastic.
Just seen how it turned out 😂 poor form Randy, maybe try a togikiss, garados, arcainine, whimiscott, torkoal, wheezing team, 3 support 3 attack Pokemon with so many different ways of setting up and countering
@@kylemoore7688 depends cuz you can only pick 4 pokemon, youll need alot of type coverage considering you said torkoal and arcanine but it might work who knows
@@kylemoore7688 if torkoal is being used to sweep it's under trick room as with it's slow base speed tailwind doesn't do a lot for it. But trick room eruption torkoal is a threat
I literally came from the podcast to watch this video, my GF is from Cannock and its nice little town, I use to play Pokemon GO and use to watch the tv show when I was little, keep the good work up with this channel and please keep the good work up with the podcast with Simon because I like to listen to them at work 👍
I never realised how fun TCG could be. We've been buying cards for my 8 y/o son for a few months and got him the battle box for xmas. After playing a few games with him me and my wife are hooked. We've brought two booster boxes since Xmas and all play every day. Legit brought my family even tighter then it already was
Should make a series bro, venturing through different card games and games etc then visiting and exploring gaming events etc, it’s a real insight to an OG gaming platform and community. Refreshing and you smashed it mate, well done! 👍🏼
Don’t worry about losing. Just keep having fun and staying positive like you’re already doing. I’ve seen many people leave big tournaments after losing the first round. They come in with the expectation to win every game. They forget how to have fun and are only there for wins. I go to tournaments for one reason. To have a good time win or lose. I always try my best to win every match but don’t get upset after a lose. Been playing both the TCG and VGC on and off in competitive tournaments for almost 15 year’s now. Won a few and lost a few but always had a blast just competing at a high level with other experienced players. Looking forward to the sword and shield prerelease. Can’t wait to compete again!
No way dude, in my town. Didn’t even know Chase Games existed. Been looking to go to a local tournament, will check them out 👍🏻 Cool to see competitive from a different angle. Awesome vid!
Hey man, well done on your tournament, I recently did my first tourneys in Orpington (one MSS and one PC) and I made top cut in both and it was so hype. Won a tonne with Rillaboom which made me so happy. Ran a sand team and loved it. Shame I couldn’t have been there to meet you I didn’t register in time. Hopefully we can hook up and chat in the future, awesome content, playing tournaments is way more hype than I thought it would be!
I'm aiming for Worlds for the first time since they did the tour in 2000.. fingers crossed that I see you there! (Assuming we both get the points and can afford the travel/hotel costs) There's a Regionals up in Liverpool in May, reckon you might be there?
Hi Randolph odd chance you see this but I play pokemon and your actually playing with a few people I played with when I was younger this is insane I'm surprised I recognised them ! I'm going to a pre release near Birmingham soon maybe you can come and try it out?
Samurai kai11 There playing Sword and Shield and a switch lite is fine for playing this game casually or competitively. Try it out and have fun going to tournaments.
