thank you so much for everyone who watched!! i really appreciate it!!! edit: 10K views and over 400 subscribers??? thats actually so wild. you guys don't even know how cool and exciting that is. thank you so much. definitely going to be posting more!!!
this was so awesome and relaxing to watch!!!! i appreciated the reminder not to compare my own work to other people's, its such a bad habit. and i love getting to see thumbnails and doodles and all the stuff that isnt just the final piece!! gave me lots of ideas for things to try in my sketchbook.. :)
THANK you!!! also YES i thought it was very important to say!! i'm glad you enjoyed seeing the process stuff & im excited that it gave you ideas for your sketchbook!!
Was going through my home page looking for a video to watch and saw your thumbnail and was like 'THEM!!' I've never clicked on a video so fast and was NOT disappointed!!
Ah nice! This is so pretty, and has such a chill aesthetic ✨. I also appreciate the reminder to not compare my art to others (: Your channel is definitely going places!
It has also been my goal for a while now to have an art channel where I could post videos like sketchbook tours too! I think I had it in my brain that I needed to be really good to consider starting a channel. Thanks to you I think I will start that channel soon and just have fun making art and content!
You really should just start!! people will love to see you grow and improve over time, you don't need to be perfect to start and i woud argue that its even better for the video format if you arent!
i really wanted to watch this video, saw it this mornimg but i was to busy to watch it. I had the tab open the whole day, so i was able to watch it now. Verry happy with the desission:)
I seriously love your video! Keep up the great work! Also, them hands, bro---they are really good. Seriously love your art style and aesthetic. Calm and soothing for the frickin' soul ❤️👍
Your art is SO GOOD! It makes me want to draw and try new art things. I typically work in abstracts with ballpoint pen, but I think I want to teach myself about drawing people and buildings. Thank you for this video! I feel so inspired now! 😁😁
thank you so much!!!! you really should do it! there’s lots of tutorials on youtube that can help too!!! honestly that i’ve inspired you is the biggest compliment ty so much!!!
I love how expressive your art is!! :0 And I agree, sketchbooks should be used as a way to experiment and play. Sometimes I study other people's work as a way to learn, and that's okay! 😊
Please make Agatha, have different colours and types of Flannel all through the story... I feel it will be perfect and it will be so fun, even just throw a flannel over a few dresses
Thats a fun idea!! I actually finished her character design and a full illustration with her but maybe it would be fun to revist the story in a video!!
I love your art style! It looks so cosy(?) (Idk if that makes much sense but it has a kind of comforting vibe. I like it! Also I appreciate the reminder of not comparing your art to that of other people, so thanks for that! And that sketchbooks should be for trying out new things and stuff. I feel like I have taken a lot of good advice from this video as well, so thank you!
So calming and relaxing to watch. I'm very enspired and happy that you stated to not compare your art to others. This video is amazing and you just got a new subscriber. I hope to see you posting more. I saw that this was posted a day before my birthday! Thank you for posting and finishing a sketchbook. I know how happy I get when I finish one. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! :)
well happy belated birthday!! also i’m so glad you found it inspiring! there is definitely going to be more i’m working on editing another video right now!!!! thank you so much for the comment!!
Welcome to RU-vid! Your sketchbook was seriously #goals. And I look forward to seeing what you post next. Also going to check you out on Twitch. I also make RU-vid videos, but I've never done Twitch before. Excited to see your process! :)
Great first RU-vid video ! Congratulations ! I love how you use your sketchbook : as a way to experiment, to learn and to graw. As you say, I'm the kind of people who compare myself with others. But few months ago, I allowed miself to try and experiment and so my sketchbook is a bit messy but so useful ! ^^ I'll wait for your future videos. Have a lovely day. ♥
thank you!!! and yeah i think it’s really important to not compare yourself and to let your sketchbook be experimental and messy… but it’s so hard!! have a lovely day as well!! thank you!! ♡
Hi, how's it going? I'm an artist as well, and I've always looked at those awesome sketchbook tours. Your art looks adorable and I cannot wait to see more of it! I found your channel recently, and I just had to check it out. Keep up the amazing work! Have a good one! - Alley
my plan for uploads is a bit of a variety!! monthly studio vlogs, stuff about being an art student including advice, and I’ll also probably do process videos, some chatty stuff, and hopefully more sketchbook tours! i have a whole list and am hoping to post weekly this summer! and thank you so much for watching!!
Go pigeon go! Loved you’re honest en pure video! Curious to see your journey. Hands are hard. Even great older artist- u tubers like Jess Carp keep practicing. Thats all its about!
Pretty cool video! I hope one day I can make my own sketchbook tour lol I'm just starting out in making art videos so it might be a while 😂 love your drawings 👏
Oh I've heard that a lot of time......I think a sketchbook should be where you can develop your art style. Watching RU-vidrs like you can help people like me to keep drawing 🥰🥰
for my finished color illustrations I printed by taking my file to FedEx on a flashdrive and ask to print it on their glossy paper! for the sketches it's just printer paper from the library!
you got this!!! honestly this one took me awhile and i was dragging my feet through the middle/end but actually finishing it was really worth it- even if it took forever!
I appreciate it but, i'm 21 years old i'm going to say "bad words" on my channel if i want. there's plenty of PG 13 art channels out there if thats what you're looking for!
You know, I really appreciated your sketchbook partway through and then you had to throw in the F word a couple of times actually not all of us appreciate that it doesn’t mean you’re cool I know it’s the popular thing with your generation, but I also know with your generation, they appreciate a clean mouth I couldn’t even finish watching it it’s like stabbing me in the gut every time I hear that nasty word
