The songs weren't written by Jungkook, but he chose songs that tell us a story. You said right he is a storyteller, like his BTS brothers. All their albums are conceptual, that's why are non-skip. I recommend you listen to Golden following the sequence of the tracks. This way, you'll be aware of the whole message. (same for any of their albums 🙂)

Even Jung kook wasn‘t the writer of this song, the way he is singing it makes it so going straight into the heart! I wished Shawn Mendes and Jung kook would have sung this song together… I had the feeling that he sung this song on his Golden Live concert with more feelings (even as if it is possible) but that‘s just my personal impression…Very good and philosophic reaction from you, thanks!
