I can understand how most people assume that because they are considered a “boyband “ that most of the fan base consists of teenagers and a younger crowd, however, as a 63 year old army we older folks consist of a huge percentage of the fan base and it’s still growing. BTS is so different from what we have in the US.
The man is a genius with an iq of 148. Genius poet and rapper. He is a true leader (some leaders, president s, etc. Should follow his example of being a leader). BTS is the only group/celebrities invited into the Oval Office not just the White House. 💜
I Am 52 hehehe i from Chile . Como no me manejo mucho con el inglés escrito pero si te entiendo el hablado yo fui a los conciertos en Santiago de wind y fueron los mejores conciertos que he ido en mi vida
One thing to note about BTS and each member, they're very intentional. things that may seem whimsical, nonsense and all has the deepest meaning behind it. the mvs, the word play..when you listen to BTS, you have to be ready to think. ❤
The talk show is supposed to be how RM feels at Western talk shows. The hosts act fake as fuck, and when they think no one is looking, their masks slip to complete disinterest when the cameras are off. They are so proud of themselves for memorizing a bit of Korean and using Korean hand gestures, but it’s all fake. RM purposely did not caption the hosts comments, because he wanted the viewer, whether they speak English or Korean, to feel confused. Just as RM feels going on foreign talk shows.
RM is THE BEST because beside being the main rapper, composer and songwriter of the group with more than 215 songs credits under his name (such as butter ,mic drop ,fake love ,black swan , spring day ,on.. ), he's the reason the CEO of their company decided to form the band becyhe saw how talented he is and wanted to make sure he depute,BTS wouldn't be here without him 💙 he's such a beautiful person inside and out , no one match his lyricism, please react to his solo songs Wildflower, still life ,joke, chande ft wale ,closer 💙💙
The whole idea max group BTS was built around RM. He is the leader but he’s also helped with the idea that all members contribute to the processes. Amazing if confusing brain.
@5:52 do you know what is even more funny lol? Before he went into the military he did some lives with ARMY and on accident he poured/dropped some water on himself and he yelled, “spoiler” lol. 😂 He actually is the king of spoilers… Man I miss them! Can’t wait for 2025! (Although one member comes home in like 12days!!)
I agree about the layers. When I was still a new ARMY, a BTS song called 134340 was recommended by Spotify. I loved vibing to that song. Finally one night before bed, I thought I'd look up the lyrics real quick to see what the song was about. A couple hours later, my already high admiration for RM's lyricism grew even more. Using Pluto as a metaphor (134340 is Pluto's designation number) and the Korean word play made my literature heart happy.
He is the leader and the brain behind BTS. 😂 This new album is pure fire, it's so good! He also has Come Back to Me, Groin and Domodachi MVs and an absolutely phenomenal live of Nuts from the same album. Honestly, no skip album. 💜💜💜
Ima stop you right there @1:34. Am a West Indian army Mom ( 56yrs old) and like hundreds of thousands…on different time lines. We waited up to see this song. And baby? It hit HARD. BASICALLY….when he said ‘I don’t know your name’…..although he went on to let us know up close n personal- his own trauma? It triggered THOUSANDS of peeps…to remember theirs. So much so You Tube put a warning on said vid? And there were psychiatrists/psychologists on stand by for those who needed them. For eg. Was watching a beautiful college student reacting to it. Once he hit that car? SHE LOST IT….I MEAN BECAME ALMOST HYSTERICAL WITH CRYING. She’d survived a horrific car accident which landed her in hospital for months…had to learn how to ‘walk again’. Seriously triggered her. In other words….any of us who underwent an event that nearly cost us our lives? Became triggered. Shit. At 14yrs old I survived a R word/horrendous assault but…at my ripe age? Came to terms with and moved beyond. Years ago. Some kids (sorry…for me anyone below 30 is a kid🤣) havn’t. So this song hit differently to his other two and it hit HARD. BUT….he opened up in a way that honestly? None of his brothers in BTS did. That took a lot of guts/strength. Can honestly say it’s my favorite song by him to date. 💜💜💜
This is why we love RM and all the members of BTS! They make us love ourselves in our down or tough days and make it brighter! They are inspirational motivator of life and humanity. They worked so hard to give us so much even while they're gone to serve in the military. That is dedication and love only BTS has for their fans, the ARMY. It's their way of showing ARMY, that we're are always together and never walk alone. APOBANGPO FOREVER! I recommend to check out his whole album in chronological order. It's a journey worth taking.
This album is so good and it's SO my style, but I think it'll be a big surprise for anyone who's new to BTS! It reminds me a bit of his first album from back in 2015, but with much more sophistication and all his accumulated experiences from a decade of rising from obscurity to mega fame. After years having to keep a smile and play 'pop star' and 'diplomat' at the same time he's had enough!!!
Our Leader RM! 💜👑💜 I am going to shamelessly request that you listen to his discography Right Place Wrong Person 2024 Indigo 2022 MONO 2018 RM Mixtape 2015 Just do it! 😍 Best place for Lyrics is DulsetBangtan. ☝️😇 You're welcome!
The live video of Nuts is amazing and also his MV of Groin. The MV of Come Back to Me was directed by the director winner of the Emmys last year in Best Series (the show called Beef). All is worth it to react to
React to "A guide to BTS members" bye Taylor. Now you should know their role in the group and how they work together and a little of their history. It's a little long but you should upload it all at once. 😊
Yes, he is the poet and pillar of BTS, our precious leader : ) You can't miss his "Wild flower", the last title single. You will meet his rapper-vibe(he is originally from undergound hiphop scene) and beautiful artistry!!!
Yes Leader in that he's their Spokes Person, helps keep them on track, speaks a lot for them if there's an issue he's the one who will unit them and will also speak to the company on their behalf suggest things to the company present their ideas to the company not that they others don't do that as well.
He's hitting at those Show hosts who pretend to be all nice to their faces but are spiting rubbish about them behind their backs oh they know who their friends are and who are pretending to be and want to use them for TV rating figures. We get a glimpses into the mind of RM.
This was my interpretation of it too! I'm so curious to know what went on behind the scenes at a lot of their US interviews (though I have a feeling the answer wouldn't be fun). The way Namjoon has since said he sometimes felt like he was going to have a nervous breakdown during their press tours, the way an interviewer once asked "do you feel you've been treated with enough respect in the US?" and both Jin and Yoongi very politely and diplomatically said "no." All the clips we have of US media people being two-faced and ignorant when they think they aren't being watched. The way they've now become extremely strategic with interviews, and Namjoon choosing to avoid talk shows entirely for his solo work..... yeah, I hate to think what their experiences have been like.
Also the feeling of scatterbrain when being introduced. Are you excited, are you passive aggressive, are you a host who actually listened to their music? Different languages being spoken, translator pauses… I’m sure RM’s been overwhelmed in those situations, having to cool the chaos on such a large scale.
Here is some extra info on RM for you... Name Kim Namjoon Born in 1994 He is BTSs leader, main rapper, composer, songwriter, producer... he has over 220 song copyrights and is the youngest and most credited Idol and a full member of the Korea copyright association He is known for his deep lyrics and moving speeches. Predebut RM, known under the names Runch Randa, Largo, Stealo, and the Nexist in the underground hiphop community was already a prodigy in rap despite being 13years old (he started in the underground scene at 11 years old) impressing other rappers. RunchRanda which basically meant 'I am Runcha', he has said it was inspired by a Maple Story game character he had at the time. He was known to be so good that even older underground rappers in their 20s and 30s didn't wanna battle against him. Also, because of his low-midtone voice, philosophical lyrics and flashy rap skills he gained quite the popularity among hiphop fans. (Jungkook joined the same agency as he had been so impressed the first time he saw RM perform...) Throughout 2008-2010 , RM (Runch Randa or Randa ) was mentioned multiple times by other rappers in their songs mostly complimenting RM or wishing they had skills or fame as him. An example for that is when Zico* made a diss song to Philophon (35yo) who is also a rapper saying "you got your ass handed to you by a 13 yr old Runch" referencing that Philophon already lost to teen Namjoon. RM joined BigHit in 2010 at 15 years old. His audition.was watched by the CEO BangShiHyuk and RM was offered a contract on the spot.... He was 18 when BTS debuted.
Yes he is 1,000 % the best reader this album is his finally speaking out after 10 years of turning the other cheek this could have been career ending but you still did it because he chooses to practice for he preaches but in a hilarious way which is new for him because he's usually the calm collected leader react to the Taylor guide to bangtan 7 to learn after that we have to his new song groin it's fucking hilarious and real! Yes that is like the body part groin😂
Yes, he is the brain behind most BTS songs and concepts. For his solos he likes to experiment, Namjoon does not want to be confined to one genre, he doesnt want to suffocate, so sometimes his music might need a second listen, and those used to more poppy sounds might take some time to be familiarized with what Namjoon wants to experiment with and how brilliant it is. Can u please react to the song Wildflower from the Indigo album last year? It delves more into the burden of being the leader of the most popular Asian band ever.
Yes he is the leader and his new album is about himself having to do so much over 12 years as the leader he s basically explaining what he wants to do now for a bit and it’s explained in his songs listen to GROIN and NUTS they are out on you tube!
The Filipino artists are absolutely the cream of the crop, seriously. Most people discover and ask the same question of what are they drinking in their water lol…it’s because they are unbelievably talented and Katrina is one of their gems! Great reaction!
Most of those people are adults.. We are the ones who sell out the things the guys endorse..58yo Army right here💜💜 Have you watched the guide to bangtan 7 yet? You really should
