Pro tip: Spring is tornado season in Oklahoma. We don’t get them all the time, but you never know when a funnel cloud could end up on the ground, so if you’re going to visit Oklahoma but are scared of tornados I wouldn’t recommend spring.

In Friendly communities: Oklahoma is known for its friendly and welcoming communities, with a strong sense of community spirit. Retirees can enjoy living in a supportive environment that offers plenty of opportunities to make new friends and socialize. And, yes Oklahoma is known for their tornadoes, especially during hurricane season. Also, the song is for the movie "Twisters" (a standalone sequel to the 1996 original film which starred the late Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt). 🌪🤠🌪

I can second these statements about Oklahoma. Been here all my life and I’ve seen plenty of tornadoes being from a small town. The joke I always say is the only 3 things you can do when a tornado is coming straight for you is: 1. Bend over 2. Put your head between your legs 3.Kiss your a** goodbye
