My First Time Setting Up A Tent: North Face Stormbreaker 3 Unboxing and Setup 

OH LOL It's only now I realized I did not put the rain fly on. But it is very straight forward, I believe. It only needs to be put on top of the tent. It has some velcro straps where it can be attached to the tent poles as well as some guy lines. I did not put it on as it required staking out the guy lines out, meaning I had to put some stakes on the ground for the guy lines to be attached to. Hi there! I think with this version, you have to buy the footprint separately. I am not sure if they discontinued it; perhaps it is just out of stock or something.

I guess it was a design choice to keep the weight down. I don't mind as I can just set the poles in the middle when I roll up the tent for storage. They did provide a pouch for the tent stakes, which I appreciate.

I have to agree. Care needed to zip/unzip the zippers.

@@Danboarding gets caught on the fabric every time. Infuriating because besides that and lack of vents on fly its a decent well built tent that has stood up to a few summers of camping already

Oh and the fact they dont sell the gear loft anymore

@@E7R1I6C I agree. I try to zip/unzip ours carefully as it does snag a lot when done quickly. My wife and I would have kept this tent as it was just the right size tent to bring to camping and was relatively easy to set up, but we were looking for something where I can stand up inside, so I had to return it.
