When you ate the can of food and threw it up is because you were full and kept eating, watch for the full stomach icon on the bottom right. Be more worried about getting wet and cold than hot. If yur soaked wring out what you can and dry the rest with a fire or you risk chance of getting sick Only modded servers have maps otherwise you have to find a map to use it. Enjoyed the episode, ill be watching for the next.
@@TorakOfficial you prolly know by know but incase you dont know you can find pills or medication in hospitals they are kinda small with a blue roof and btw multivitamins practically heal every sickness except Kuru (click F11 to cure kuru)
@@TorakOfficialif you get sick, you can find specifics medications in hospitals to treat each illness. Different symptoms for different illnesses (I think) and your symptoms will get worse as the illness progresses. For example, you will catch a cold if you aren’t wearing properly insulated clothing. You will start sneezing and eventually it will increase to sweating and shivering (your character will wipe their forehead occasionally) and eventually it leads to blurry vision, vomiting and then death. The sick icon will show in the same place as the full stomach icon too. It’s like a status effect
From left to right: thirst, hunger, temperature, blood, health. Most maps are colder maps so you don’t have to worry about overheating. If you have a plus sign by the thermometer symbol it keeps you warmer longer. You can get that by standing by a fire. If you are wet take your clothes off by the fire to dry them. Just some tips. Good luck. Love the video
@@TorakOfficial yes you can still overheat if you’re cooking with a bunch of “best insulation” clothes on. The thermometer will turn red and you will start to lose health.
You did pretty good for your first time. Loot around the spawn points is poor because everyone spawns there and immediately starts looting. You need kindling (paper or tree bark) and sticks for a fire. Watch for a 'stomach upset' indicator when eating or drinking because too much/bad food can make you vomit. There's a LOT to learn, but you will learn :)
Hopefully it’ll get better once I learn all the game mechanics, really enjoying this first experience and will for sure make more videos of it! Glad you like it Jonathan!🙌🏻
It's so fun watching these kind of videos, people playing DayZ for the very first time. The feeling of familiarity, recognition and remembering where we were ourselves back in the day when we first started playing the game, how we cursed at the game, suffered, how we fought, tooth and nail Desperately trying to stay alive to fight one more day when we had Absolutely nothing. 😄😄👏👏🍺🍺👍👍
The mk2 is probably one of the best early game weapons for killing zombies because it is suppressed however against players it will do pretty much nothing I mean i think your biker helmet would protect you from at least 4 headshots from the mk2
My first well i say couple of games i mean around a month consisted of pressing wrong buttons, dying of hunger, killed by Zs, thinking i was John Rambo 😂😂😂 after figuring out the controls and navigating i can survive several days. Tips are, you always need a goal.... when u were losing blood at beginning I was screaming BANDAGE 😂😂😂
I just started this game a week ago I play about a hour per night. It's getting easier each time but the people are so ruthless for the most part. But the friendly ppl are usually pretty cool
You can punch zombies and defend a bit as well. taking down two or three in quick succession should not be an issue at all. once you run and gather a group of zombies behind you the problems start
I know this all happened a year ago but do you realize that you didn’t get killed by that mans shutgun? He must have had a friend that shot you from behind. I mean u did raise your gun. Anyway, it was funny to watch you learning the ropes of the game. Keep it up.
Also, player interaction can be anything you want it to be. The fact that you only think of shooting someone, especially as a newbie, is a bit sad. You could have simply said hello to the first guy you saw rather than assuming he thought as little of you as you did of him (and seemingly everyone else).
Gunshots from a long range will kill you before you hear them as the bullet travels faster than the speed of sound. The realism is one of the reasons why I love DayZ!
