Coming from Guatemalan DNA Pollo Campero is a treat! Kids prefer it to McCaca. The restaurants have playgrounds for the kids. This is where they take you for Birthdays, 1st communions and anything that needs celebrating. The chicken is thee best!!
That plantain was cooked perfectly! The chicken didn't look too crunchy, but the color was immaculate.😩 I haven't been to Pollo campero in years. I might need to run it back.
They making a location in lynwood, should almost be done by now. It replaced the previously taco bell at the plaza 🇲🇽 shopping center. You got me wanting to try it now.

Worse fried chicken ever, their empanadas and buns were stale, the chicken was highly seasoned with sazon with achiote, you can only order in Spanish because absolutely no one there speaks English (this is in Manassas, VA) Yuck!

Pollo Campero is pretty good especially when it's freshly cooked. The seasoning is not the presumed fried chicken seasoning, and the crust is like Golden Birds. I get the regular fries, not a fan of yucca a potato's cousin it may be, but it's still not a potato, and it's stringy.
That’s chicken is the worst if the worst , I try some for an event it was duscussting , the grill an fry chicken , the pieces were so tiny that was horrible , the coleslaw was disscussting, mash potatoe, 😮 I’m surprise you find that chicken taste good 🙉🙈 really you need to get out more 🤯
To me it's way better. It's delicious! I use to like the grilled, but the last time I got grilled, it was so dry! The fried chicken is seasoned to perfection! Their rice and beans are good also! Never tried their empanadas, as of yet, but I will one day!
Love pollo campero Guatemala finest chicken. I been to the one in Guatemala 🇬🇹. Being a chapin myself it’s amazing. I do get some by Ontario where that is the nearest one for me now.
I remember when they finally opened a pollo campero in LA i was maybe 8 years old but i still remember. It was the one on olympic next to the curacao. After that they started opening up different ones. My family always said it doesn't compare to the original from their country though. I think its way too expensive for chicken though. Way too expensive

Yes we have one in plantation fl that just opened here last week . The food is fire and has a few locations in Miami for a long time. The chicken is fire. The flan is fire and also the sauce is fire as well. Empanadas are fire. Yuca fries fire. All the above fire period super fire 🔥 all around
No lie I tried it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I must say the chicken was pretty good much flavor I mixed mines with fried and grilled…they give plenty of fries but the rice was not that great
