You don't understand the context of pindi boy and burger. Pindi boy was a slur used by rich people of Islamabad to define the poor and uncool boys of Rawalpindi. In response burger slang was made for Islamabad boys that they eat fast food and they cannot do any hardcore stuff. Boys from Rawalpindi embraced that slur it became normal to be called pindi boy but in past it was considered to be an offensive term.

That's not burger. Burger is the one, who can't handle desi food and has been raised with so much pampering and elite environment that he/she can't handle real life situations and their lives are far from reality of a normal everyday life hardships that poor or middle class people face.
