Tugu Lilin is a symbol of inter-religious harmony, yes Manado is one of the cities that includes several cities in Indonesia which maintains tolerance between religious communities and the unity of various diversities is part of a culture that has been deeply rooted since ancient times in the province of Sulawesi The north you're visiting. We can also find a Synagogue that is still active to worship for the Jewish faith community in the city of Tondano - North Sulawesi. . Have a nice trip

Thank you for visiting my city. Btw, if I was not mistaken, the Buddhist temple you visited was actually a Confucious temple (called "Klenteng"). There is Arabic village right next to the Chinese town. You should visit the only one Sinagog in Indonesia located in Tondano. Manado is a peaceful city. 🙏

One of the best times to visit Manado is during the Minahasan Thanksgiving (Dankdag / Pengucapan Syukur) and early December to see Sinterklaas and Zwarte Piet. In contrast to Santa Claus, Sinterklaas is actually very feared by the children there because of Zwarte Piet. On Thanksgiving, you can eat for free at local people's homes in Minahasa. Oh. I miss my hometown.

I never realized that my hometown was this clean until you mentioned it multiple times, but yeah the streets are so clean as the workers do their job twice a day I think. Wish I could meet or at least see you back in the days you were here as you seem to be a very nice person, but it makes me happy to see some people I know showed up in this vlog. Thank you so much, Next you can Go in Tomohon City, Tomohon like 40 menit from Manado, in Tomohon there's a place so beautiful called "Prayer Hill" thats place have a huge hill and mountain for refreshing, and in Tomohon the air not hot like manado, the air is cold and refreshing, and you can see so many trees and beautiful view about hill, I guarantee you will really like it ❤

If you have a time, you can visit Maluku and Ternate and find many hidden places, or Raja Ampat (West Papua) and go to blue river, or you can go to Sulawesi Selatan and find new places.
