While you're in Tomohon, try to find hot spring. Tomohon have two mountains, and one is still active/a volcanoe (Mt. Lokon). Bukit Doa that you have visited located in the foot of Mt. Mahawu (which not active anymore). I hope you have a lot of enjoyable moments here. And as always, thank you for your wonderful travelling videos.

After explore North Sulawesi, i give my recommendation -- you guys should explore Tana Toraja, in mountainous area of South Sulawesi. You can see the wonderful culture and nature there, especially traditional funeral ❤❤🤙

my mom was born in north Sulawesi, but she was moving to Jakarta long time ago As today i never ate a dog, cat, bats anymore, but i respect their culture as their food for so many generations But, recently less people eating such exotic animals anymore

Geniet van de schoonheid van Tomohon, dat redelijk mooi is en een koel klimaat heeft. Zelf kom ik uit Noord-Sulawesi, maar ik heb nooit een voet gezet waar mijn voorouders waren. Hopelijk ga ik de volgende keer als ik tijd heb zeker deze mooie plekjes bezoeken. Zelf woon ik in de stad Surabaya. Tot ziens in de heerlijke inhoud van Susan.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Very good video, Thanks. It is Tamohon. I am really impressed with Bukit Doa for its peaceful, fresh and very green and natural. Our Arch Bishop of Kupang Mgr.Petrus Turang, PR is from Tamohon. He also built Bukit Doa/Taman Doa Yesus Maria Yosef in Kupang where many Catholic visit th place.

Susan, go to maluku island located near sulawesi. Maluku is a location which Netherlands arrived for the first time in Indonesia . Perhaps, u will found judism community there. Indigious people there called "bajo", they're literally live under the water. Avatar recent movie got the concept from "Bajo" 😘😘

I live in Tomohon near the extreme market. Like the market, cuisine in Tomohon is also extreme...but not all Tomohon people like extreme food such as rats, dogs, snakes, monkeys, cats, and lizards. Only a small portion of the community and buyers from the area around Tomohon eat the food. I and my family didn't like the food either. Moreover, in Tomohon there is already a dog-loving association.
