"So corrupt." I mean, she was right. There was no evidence that a soul in hell can be redeemed. They all saw that a soul can improve(!), but since said soul didn't end up in heaven, evidently it wasn't enough for redemption.

Another youtuber that I watch said thet the C word (the one that ends in "unt") is grounds for instant demonization so if this video is demonitized thats probably why.

Sera definitely knows what is going on with the souls. When Emily asks why isn't angle there she turns away, then when Charlie questions that nobody knows what gets someone into heaven, Sera shuts her down. Then she says there's a lot that you don't know. My personal tin foil hat theory is that Sera and the other elders of heaven are aware of the real "Big bad", which I think is Vivzies character Roo who some fans theorize is short for root of all evil (which I personally believe to be the demon form of Eve.) Those in heaven are souls "untainted" by her, and souls that go to hell are. It has nothing to do with being holy or a good person. I don't think Sera would allow the possibility of a "tainted" soul corrupting heaven and that's the threat shes keeping people safe from. I think if the show runs for the 3 series that Vivzie pop originally intended then it will end with Emily leading heaven, and Charlie leading hell against Roo. *puts tin foil hat away* As for this episode i LOVED Charlie and Emily standing together in sync
