Financial Bunny if it wasn't for you I'd be still swimming in debts. You opened my eyes and I will forever be grateful. There's only one thing left now to create income streams.
He sounds very practical. Well done to Maps, he has done well for himself and he is a hard worker 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✊🏿 What I took away from this video: 1. Soft skills are crucial when you want to make money. They add the “spice” in the technicality you have to offer - basically, they set you apart. I could relate to this. 2. Taking note of the crowd you have around, and how they behave, when you are making money. They are either there to build or delay/destroy your progress, intentionally or otherwise.
I appreciate the truth Maps in this video. siple things like how you speak, where you from or how you fit into a place really can limit your opportunities. Thank you for that. Nicollete like I do not understand where the 1M subscribers are, this is relevant content that you serve us. Thank you
This was a great interview, I loved the banter between the two of you. Maps is a really great guy and I am glad that he opened up about his family life and the struggles his parents had and how they shaped him.
very much informative and educational channel, Maps is cool people and intelligent. i just hit the bell next to the subscribed button lol, hoping to learn more on SA's best with money more. :)
I only find out this year that my mom had to get a loan from African Bank so I can finish high school. This is a response to how there's no money talk in the family. It's hush hush situation.. You grow so much when you know what's happening.. I was oblivious. ..in varsity I got a bursary and I made sure to not joke around cause twas a gift, it wasn't reeally. I see it as a gift But now I mean I'm learning so much about things I was never told growing up. I'm even thinking of how effective some of the school subjects would have been if they stretched it beyond book learning, ... E.g. Maths Literacy and Business Studies, in B.S drawing up a business plan: vision, mission etc (which we all did for the sake of getting a mark) and actually doing it.. 🌸
I have been reflecting on my personal relationship with money.I am starting to pick which one on my expenses list to cut off.Thank you for the great content. Its always great to relate with people on a human level apart from their personality on tv.The interview with Maps was great, i have got to know and learn more from him.Awesome job Nicolette.
Great interview Lebza...was interesting to hear that He is so financially clued up,even He does not come across as the cress material kind...I must say though, that I think He played down the fact that he is the son of the great Marks Maponyane, that must have at some point aided him, because first time I heard and saw him was on a cover of a magazine with Marks...I know that now he is his own man and I respect that...and I enjoyed the interview...p.s and hearing him being comfortable to speak vernac😂,that was refreshing
This was so interesting to watch, an eye opener as well and now i have new found respect for Maps. nice work nicolette🥂 just a simple request for your non-south african subscribers please put subtitles for those none english parts, will really appreciate it thank you. Your a great teacher Nicolette
I realized how judgmental I was after watching this video🥱 it really taught me a lot, Maps is not what we see on the screen... Nicolette am truly inspired love all your videos SIS 🤞
This was a very delightful & immensely educational interview you facilitated here Nicolette with your well spoken and articulate guest. One thing for sure that is of significant importance and on the same token subsequently rewarding from this Video is truth shared around the benefits of well seasoned communication skills. If you can coherently, with well nourished confidence, articulate your thoughts and perspectives on any subject matter, that for sure gives you an unfair advantage. One thing I have vividly noticed amongst people who are well of financially is that they speak so well and eloquently. Thanks for this piece of content. It's really great food for the mind😎
I also sacrifice a lot of birthday parties and weddings working hard and would sometimes feel guilty but hearing Maps talk about it and seeing the results kuye, I feel at ease and I know it'll all pay in the end.
This was very enjoyable to watch! My relationship with money started when I was in primary school, I used to sell blank papers to my class mates 🤣 because the guys used to draw, so I would take them from my aunt’s printer. But in hindsight, that is really where I started understanding a bit about money. Thanks Nicolette got informative videos!❤️
This is really exciting Thank you Nicolette for doing this interview with Maps. I hope you will have the featured speakers in your channel which will be in the Yoco Exchange Summit.
Nic It cant happen probably because ya'll are on the same level of thirst and quest for success if not slightly different.. other than that the chemistry was on another level.. Now about the vid.. the insights are just anazing guys i kept pausing for notes and self introspection. Big ups
