Indeed it is a _Universal_ Truth; it is the way we were made. We are Vibrational Energy Beings having a temporary human experience. We are all _connected_ through this Energy (what we _perceive_ as Spirit/ God). It is Physics not Religion; it is the way it is. It is our _mind_ that makes up stuff, that makes judgments, makes rules/ conditions, is self limiting/ excludes other 'groups' of people that we don't think are the 'same as us' & has endless thoughts, visions and feelings of fear, anger, frustration, stress & all negativity. When we can learn to _distance_ our True Higher Self from the thoughts in the mind, then we will be free. We _are_ love and we _are_ life (we don't find love or have a life), subtle differences that can make the world of difference. The Love & the Power is _already_ with each one of us (we don't have to do anything, think anything or believe any thoughts, follow any religious practices or beliefs or do any self development/ change ourselves in any way to _feel_ this love & peace). We only need to be _Consciously Aware_ of _who_ we are. *First Love Yourself (FLY)* ie be kind and compassionate towards the self (for in doing that we are also kind towards others), Much love and many blessings to us all ❤🙏
