Oscar's do get aggressive when they grow big. The first thing that will help you is to make sure that you feed them properly & good enough. Second thing, make sure you have kept them in a big tank. They can even fight due to small space issues. I hope it works.

Thanks for the appreciation in your first statement. Well, it might be a mistake from your point of view. But i don't find any mistake because none of them are fighting with each other and all of them are settled. You are right regarding their temperature factors. But as you can see that's a Community Tank. Only fishes that are compatible with each other would be staying together peacefully in the same tank. Otherwise they wouldn't have been there.

Apki baat mein samaj sakta hu. Maine sirf video ke liye inhe sath rakh tha. Mere paas aur 2 bade tanks hai. Toh mai fishes ko shift karte rehta hu space ke hisab se. & i am an Aquarium Hobbyist toh mera sabse pehla dhyan yehi rehta hai ki meri fishes healthy rahe aur Bimar na pade. So don't worry. Thanks for the concern.

Thanks. Please don't mind but I too want to tell you few things. 1. If tank is more decorated, then the fish won't be able to get space which would get utilized by those decorations. 2. I know the Kolkata prices. They sell on streets and i have purchased from a Aquarium shop. Secondly, there are quality grades in fishes, the ones sold in Kolkata are of a low quality hence the low price. Ever wondered why the fruits & vegetables prices differ from street vendors to Posh stores? The same thing applies here. Good Quality always comes at a good cost.
