Having lived in Bt Panjang before, I would not want to live where The Myst is. Most owner buyers will drive and the main road directly outside the Myst is horrendous during morning and evening peak hours. You only have 1 road access into the condo. You will get alot of road dust. There are better condos with mrt access. DT line is underutilised at this moment and so its not jam packed like most lines. For good food options, take the mrt to Beauty World.
But downtown line cuts through the most number of other MRT lines. And going to have line extension to Sungei Kadut soon right? Hillview only atas makan, don’t have commoner’s amenities nearby. Fair to compare to Hillview area condos? Still need take into account got unblocked view for The Myst units?… No?

Hi Eric, to buy the 1st property with 1.5m budget for own stay. For new launch 2b there don't seem to have many options, and cheaper ones like the Myst might have more worrying appreciation. Do you recommend buying resale, or other new launch projects (but sacrificing the size), or wait until saving more? thanks 🙏

Bad comparison, should have compared with Hillion Residences and Bukit Panjang MRT nearby. Let’s not mention the 3 shopping malls, and bus interchange within walking distances from The Myst.
Nothing 'power' or 厉害 about the layout and size of the 2b2b+S. The study is at best an alcove, to call the corner a study is a perversion of the word. Living room size, like all new launches these days, are a joke; that's how developers do shrinkage these days. And btw bathrooms without open ventilation are far from desirable.
@@savvyericchiew i try to search within condo within 1km of the sch, most can make decent profit. tree house,eco sanctuary,cashew heights,chestervale, and more, especially those big units. But as you said, don't have those disgusting high profit even in this seller's market. you are always right as always :)
