I'm glad you unbox this and hope they start sending you influencer boxes when your subscription ends. This subscription is expensive, but the pieces are luxurious and not easily found in the U.S., and the overall feel of the box is genuinely French. I got this box too (after watching your unboxings for years and drooling) and am very excited about the necklace. It's unusual, but I can see it adding some rich-old-aunt glam to many outfits. The basket isn't quite as exciting, but it's the perfect size to hang on a doorknob to hold keys or other small items you need on your way out the door.

The antique items are always my favorite.

I do not see anything that justifies that high price. Definitely would recommend canceling. And, you’re so right, at that price you should be able to customize. I love your nails!

I like this curation. I was hoping for more items for the French summer table like napkins, chargers, a French table cloth, knife rests-with the theme of garden party, but I do still like what they did put together. Thank you for getting this video up so quickly.

This was another lovely box. I think my favorite item is the tongs. The bird was fun too!

I like the bird and the necklace is pretty but it's long like a flapper necklace and made me think of Downton Abbey.

I like the bird to put in the garden or perhaps on a windowsill.

Hi Noël! I agree, customization for a box of this price would be a big plus. Between variations in colors, scents, etc. That's a beautiful green necklace. I also agree about the clasp. I guess the bird is my favorite item.

I agree that there should be customization if it's not a standardized curation. Little bit of a let down after the last box, which was so great. I think I like the bird best.

Btw guys, for anyone that may have been a bit disappointed/curious about the scarf in the box, there's a lovely article in the magazine on the artist owner of the brand. Reading it added to my appreciation of the piece that just seemed a bit ubiquitous upon unboxing. Also, there was a hint that it would be in the May box! I'm going to have to scour the July August issue I just got for some hints!😊

The necklace is a vintage look from France. If you look back at the royal jewels ! Definitely classy. Tip, you can wrap it around your wrist. But I love long necklaces. ❤❤😊

There were some cute things in this one. The tongs are probably my favorite item. I agree though, lack of customization is a miss for a box at this price point.

I like the box but given the price they need to let you customize it or reduce the price significantly.

I love the necklace and agree that it looks best doubled up. I hope you can find a jewelry maker to adjust yours to always be doubled up, Fun birdie!

My mother was a jeweler for years and there is a little clasp you can get for your necklace to do what you suggested to double it up. You would need to go to a fine jeweler to find as a regular department store, etc. would not carry. They are not expensive unless you choose solid gold, etc. but for the purpose it's intended, I would just buy the basic clasp.

I too love your nail colour. I really enjoy watching you open this box. Always lovely items. I could never subscribe to it, way too much in Canadian dollars. Once I ordered a couple items from their shop, but I had to pay too much duty.

These MFCH items are lovely! Although, this box is not one of my favorites. My favorite item is the bird and the necklace is nice. A couple of the necklace colors would go with more. I must say I do think the green flatters your eyes and hair. 😊 I agree the necklace length is rather awkward. I didn’t get my usual subscriptions to this box this year. I do think I’ll see about purchasing the bird from the shop. Thanks for sharing!

I got this one yesterday and was disappointed. How was this a French Garden Party theme? I was expecting embroidered napkins, a lovely table runner , glasswear etc. But nothing. Just random bits and pieces.

I'm initially feeling disappointed but a lot of times things grow on me. I think there should've been more Marin products, not just a soap. I like your bird much better, mine has strange striping on it but it's cool they're unique. I was hoping for a bug ring that was shown in the brand reveal post! I got the green scarf, but wanted the brighter one...wanna trade?? I like this print better than the chair and the envelope color is beautiful with it. The scrub seemed random. I was hoping for tableware or at least a food item. Seems like she went glam garden party instead of literal, but overall a fun one.

This wasn't my favorite curation of the MFCH boxes I've seen you open. But I liked the bird and the silver tongs. The necklace is very "old money" which is a big style trend these days.

No more MFCH Advent! Not worth the price IMO.
