I let out the loudest laugh when you started it. Just imagine driving that thing to work or school every day. Or cruising around downtown in a cammed 4 door sedan. I'm sure many people were like WTF is that thing. This is the kind of car I like.
Obviously an old video. But fuck what other people have to say. This car is a BEAST. Sounds amazing and looks the part. I am currently in the market for a G8 or even an SS.
nice ride. I wish I would have seen this 6 months ago I would of bought this in a heartbeat but I bought a g6 instead. great job on the car I love it especially when u started it up. sounds awesome.
I have a 2002 Honda S2000. All maintenance up to date. Only 97,XXX miles and stage 4 clutch and light fly wheel and exhaust. In great condition. I really want a G8
Hang on to your G8's and the new Chevrolet SS models, Holden Australia who make them is giving up manufacturing these cars and all local GM cars in Australia in 2017.
A truely gorgeous pontiac. I recently bought myselft a G6 for my first car, just taking it slow and trying to figure out what to do for personalizing a bit
I have a 110LSA cam in my 03 GTP. That thing sounds nasty as hell!!! Yours for a 112 sounds sick!!!! My V6 bounces at lights. Mid 12's are alright for a bolt on V6 but the G8 can give you more!!! BTW sweeeet ride!!! Im looking for one atm...
Who cares if those tips r for a challenger?!!!! I'm a Mopar guy and they fit and look perfectly my friend. Absolutely GOEGEOUS car. I love the sound of a cammed LS engine. This is a beautiful machine.
Pontiac made a handful of changes halfway through the model year, mainly added bluetooth and modified the exhaust so 2009.5 is used to differentiate between them.
Lol, I enjoy the haters! Keep making my views go up! And no I don't have it I sold it ashamed bought a m3.... Then a supercharged SRT8 jeep....and now I drive a 2011 Cadillac CTSV ..... That puts down over 1000rwhp and 1200rwtq but hey I'm just a fat "kid"..... Lol. Someone has penis envy.....
Holden in Australia designed and built their own V8 engines before they started using the LS engines in 1999. The Holden 5.7 litre made the same power and more torque than the LS1 that replaced it. The Holden engine didn't rattle and burn oil like the LS engines did. The engines used in GTOs and G8s were not even built in the USA, they are a product of Canada.
Hey, call it what it was, not what you *wished* it was. It was either a sub-11 second car or a 10.55 second car, but it wasn't a 10 second car. LOL! Hey, I'm sure you're enjoying that CTS-V. That is a great car. It does everything right.
Did you sell this G8 then? how much did you sell it for? It's a great car and if I had the money I would purchase this car. whoever bought this ride is a lucky person.
