Z1, your products arent making money bc you keep buying them when the price is high. When a product has a red dot, that means the price is up on it. Only buy the ones with green dots.

Upgrade the workshop to unlock batteries and oil changes, when you have the party bus put the employee to cleaning and you do the register as you lose alot in tips if he does it,when buying product buy the ones that have a green light not the red light

Z, you don't need to pick up individual debris (fish, cups, papers, tires, Etc.) and take each one to the trash bin. Use your Trash Bag tool to go around and pick up debris instead. It's way faster.

The margins on the shop seem low, but I bet than with an employee, it's basically automated. All you'd have to do is keep ordering stock in, and it'd make money by itself.

you may or may not choose to do this however 1 other way you can earn money, is by breaking into cars with your lockpicks. i think one of the achievements is for breaking into a cop car lol also im not sure if you already noticed but when you are buying new stock there are red dots and green dots next to each item, that is because the prices are always changing and the green ones mean they have gone down in price so it is usually a good idea to buy those ones

Remember to sweep the floor and you can use your trash can to pick up ties etc in workshop, and trash in store

not sure if this comment has been made but when buying items for the store if there dot is green its a good deal if its red then its overpriced. should keep an eye on this.
