If you increase your water intake, your body will change accordingly and after a point you’ll be able to drink more water and pee less frequently. I hope this makes sense cause I’m speaking from personal experience 😅
I bought this water bottle @Target, it looks cute "BUT" my only complaint is the space between the straw & the area where the handle begins you can barely fit your lips to drink out the straw. Most people who have this water bottle will attest 💯
While I absolutely adore you, in what situation can you lug a gallon water bottle around?! Also, for me I enjoy the coldness of stainless steel, I need my water coooold.
So true! And in what world can someone keep finding a bathroom? 😂 she works from home and can afford to drink gallons of water. (I’m a social worker so on some days, I do field visits to homes in New York City)
Some people need more water than others, it depends on your body mass, how active you are, and stuff like how much water you're also getting from your foods and other drinks. I know a gallon is too much for me as I end up immediately expelling it, but half a gallon is the perfect balance. :)
Yeah its actually unhealthy to drink to much water like 2 litres a day is just about right drinking more than that means your just flushing out valuable minerals your body needs lol
well it kinda depends on how active you are, if you work out a lot you obviously need more water than average because you lose it all by sweating when you work out. Just drinking a bunch of water every day is not gonna help you. You gotta balance it to your lifestyle.
Sameee. I started drinking more water last week and I felt so energetic but I eventually stopped tracking how much I drink in a day, so I ended up drinking less again. I suddenly started to feel down and not as energetic anymore for 5 days in a row and I was so confused because I didn't really change anything in my routine.
Ordered thinking it was half the size (obviously didnt read the description) and you open your box and see the size😂😂 I loved everything about the bottle: straw, 3 different handles, and obviously the color
Someone said this to 'us' : "Want a clear face? drink water; Want to lose weight? drink water; Tired of someone? drown them." Edit: moooommmm!! I'm famous!!! You! yes you! Wanna my autograph??
remember friends, drinking water isn't the hurtle, it's learning to understand your body's cues on when you need water and food. i can't drink a gallon of water a day because my body can't absorb it all so i end up hitting the bathroom like 20 times a day. however, i find that drinking water after having consumed food generally helps me absorb the water better since it doesn't just flush right through my digestive system ❤️
People, please be careful with drinking water!!! Not everyone can drink a gallon a day- even if it's spread out throughout the day. Not everyone needs the same amount of water. Not every man needs the same amount, and not every woman needs the same amount. There are several variables that determine the amount of water you should be drinking. Water toxicity is a reality, and it cam cause a lot of issues or even death! I was drinking less than a gallon per day (between ½ and ¾ gallona) spread out too, every day for about a week. And I ended up in the hospital with water toxicity! The dr told me I was lucky I went in to the ER when I did. And I only actually did because I felt dehydrated even though I was drinking a lot. And I had a blood pressure cuff at home and took my BP and saw it was really, really low. Had I not taken my BP I probably wouldn't have gone to the ER. I probably would've continued to drink more because of the dehydrated feeling I had. Just be careful. Just don't go doing things like this just because a ton of people on social media and RU-vid are doing it and saying it's the greatest thing.
I got mine in the mail a few days ago!!! I love it!! And so do all of my coworkers in my office!! I will say though, my cap doesn't open as smoothly as yours does 😂😭
I love your watter bottle. Do you have a gallon a day? Is that healthy? There is so much contradictory information out there, and what do you take for minerals,i supose you do,cause all that watter and training. I have a watter destiller and to add minerals and make it healthy i add lemon juice and himaleyan salt.🌻✨✨✨
It is so good (& much needed!) esp after a hard work out sesh!👍💧but even if I'm working out or not, I still think I don't drink enuf.... I will tend to snack (bcuz I think I need food?!) or that my mind is busy working/ being distracted with other things to even just stop for a while & drink up... maybe bcuz I wanna avoid going to the toilet often which can disrupt my working mode...😑😑
I got mine and while it is a bit cumbersome, it’s not a total dealbreaker. I don’t use the straw because I don’t appreciate the sind it makes when you sip from it. The cap didn’t pop open like you depict, but like I said, not a dealbreaker.
They say water is the answer of your all problems. But, Indian parents say waking up early in the morning is the answer of every problems. Indian parents are in another level 😎.
I just got this bottle and IM in love I was using a half-gallon before but I keep forgetting to refill so this is perfect I wasn't sure I'd like the color I usually like gray white and black and nudes so my bottles don't clash with my home but I truly love the color this pop of peachy pink actually draws my attention to the water bottle and reminds me to drink my water so so perfect love
Might sound unbelievable but i drink 4-5 litters of water per day. I dont know what skin benefit or whatever it did But before i used to have urine problems After starting to drink so much water i dont have those problems anymore! :) So yeah! Water is very good for your health in my personal opinion and experience
Up to a certain point, a radio held a competition and the winner died from water poisoning or something as drank so much that her body couldn't handle it
Idk if this counts as misinformation, but that amount of water isn't healthy for most people, as it dilutes your blood, which makes water go into your blood cells because of osmosis. In an extreme case your blood cells could explode from the pressure
Guys you should know how much water your body needs.. Excessively more of it might cause problems. I'd suggest y'all water obsesseds( which I am too) to read a thing or two about water intoxication.
I really liked the other one because this one is really big and it makes a harder work out and the other one had a cute design when this one doesn't have a nice colour
Mine is 50 oz but I love it. I fill it up with lemons too and carrying it around all day lol. But it sure makes me pee 😅 I think if anything I'm always over hydrated but better than dehydrated
Wish it was. Lol. I have to get a blood transfusion tomorrow since I'm severely Anaemic...so im in bed right now its midnight and i cant sleep watching shorts :/
U r right. I feel sooooo much better. I drink 40 ounces daily .. if I drink a soda I get a headache so forget that. Along with your exercises before bed and first thing in the morning im loosing. 💘
