I feel like JCook is realizing more and more who he is at this time and she seems right because she encourages him to do things that technically are “good” like drink water, workout etc BUT at the same time it’s hard to explain but there’s a balance you reach of what you should do, what you want to do and what social media implies you should do. If you want to smoke 💨 then do it as long as it doesn’t hinder you from working or anything else important to you. You can workout if you want but you don’t need to have a six pack to be healthy either. Drinking water is always needed but I just see soda and juice as like dessert. Also have to watch sodium because high blood pressure silent killer (sorry Nurse lol) I liked her more in beginning I guess because she seems to be just being herself and still seems cool but you also have to know who is meant for you and not, not all two cool people are compatible.
