I've been a gym goer since 2011, and your YT teach me a lot! You simplify the things I already know so that I understand them better! Thank you Sophie ❤
So, I'm binging on Sophies videos inbetween tasks today as I need some inspiration. What I like about her content is that she comes across as the coolest person that genuinely wants you to do better in life as a whole, not just in the gym. Nuff luv to ya!
I think it's wild that people accuse you of BBLs and whatnot, like the evidence is right here! you are the most consistent gym girlie! I got your Full Body Guide two years ago and I still cycle through it. I have more of a pear shape but it really gave me a more muscular and curvy build 💚✅🎯
I think it is mostly because of her thumbnails where she is posing like crazy. Her ass looks big but when you see her in the videos doing the exercises and moving around, her ass looks quite normal
This may not be a too popular of an opinion, but I really love this outfit and the modesty of it! Very rare to see these days in fitness videos. And I know myself and other girls have felt a lot of pressure to wear very revealing clothing in the gym due to social media. Of course wear whatever you want and is most comfortable to work out in firstly! I’m just pointing it out as something that gave me comfort. We dress for us 👏🏻
Agreed completely! I’ve loved dressing more modestly in the gym recently. It actually gives me much more confidence and I swear I have a better workout because I feel much more comfortable!
Loie makes me want a staffy so bad! What a sweet and... persistent girl! 😂 your videos have never failed to motivate and inspire me. I am currently trying to start my own path and goal chasing era. Thank you for the support and content! Love from Texas! ❤
great progress. I also love how different your work out attire is these days. comfort over everything. Either way, you look great and i definitely will start looking for the 3 wins every day!! :)

Not an expert in dogs, but I thought it was a pitbull. Unfortunately people often cuts their ears so they look slightly different, but I always thought Sophie’s dog was a pitbull, maybe I’m wrong 😅🤗
I hate to admit this because then I make it a reality but I struggle so so much with cable kick backs, I usually feel it on the standing leg instead of on the leg doing the kick back. Do you have a video where you go over foot placement and movement tips for cable kick backs? ❤
I had the same problem! What helped me was leaning more forward and holding the pole? Bar? Idk hahaha And also, with time you learn how YOUR body needs to be balanced... Sometimes you need to stop following exactly how other people do it and start listening to how your body feels more comfortable (but never forgetting good technic) It took me 3 months +/- to fix my cable kickback 😅
@@Denepwe oh I absolutely love this! I’ll try leaning forward a little more and play around with it ! Your so right what helps for someone else might not help for yourself 🩵 thank you !!
Sophie, I have been working out consistently and also added new one leg movemets into my leg days maybe a month ago (b-stance rdl) and almost 2 weeks ago I started having knee pain..it was on inner side..then below quads..and then on outer side. I did talk to my instructor (I am a massage therapist in progress) and we did some tests..and it is not mcl lcl..etc..it is most likely because quads are just too overpowering..Have you had this problem? I am sure it is because I just overtrained overused my knees..I am taking a break now from weights, using my body weight. I still go on my long walks..because otherwise I feel so guilty missing training legs u know. I started feeling better
@@HayleyAmbrose-o9h no I wouldn’t elevate the bench bc then it would be the same issue as if you didn’t have the weight plates to begin with. The goal of adding plates underneath your feet and booty is to elevate yourself (but keep the bench height unchanged) so that the distance between your body/back and the bench where you anchor your back is shorter. If that’s not enough, you can keep adding maybe another 1 or 2 plates Another thing you could consider doing is weighted glute bridges while lying on the bench (instead of lying flat on the floor) inside the smith machine. Great exercise, smaller range of motion. I didn’t learn how to activate my glutes until after I started doing this exercise Hope that explanation makes sense!
Pretty sure she’s 5’3 or 5’4 I think. I know some people think it’s weird to ask height or weight but I’m one of those people as well that relates to a influencer more if they’re a similar body type to mine
Bom dia 🌼 flor do dia Sophie!!!!! Parabéns pela dedicação e perseverança!!!!! Cada dia que passa você está mais gata!!!!!! Adoro ver seu sorriso lindo!!!!!! Tamo junto lindaaaaa!!!! Abraços aqui do Brasil!!!!😊❤❤❤🥰🤩😍🤙🤙🙏🙏🙏
You can put on a beautiful aesthetic, but it's still narcissism. I'm very sporty myself and I'd like us to reinvent our relationship with sport. Today's sport is really being eaten away by the worst facet of capitalism. By the way you have a magnificient body. Kiss from France.
