I really love ur activities for ur children on ur class

I did a summer bucket list with my 5th graders (French class.) They had to choose activities that they want to do during the summer and draw little illustrations to symbolize the activities. I told them that they could put that on the fridge and check the activities when they were done.

Tip for shaving cream… give each kid a piece of aluminum foil and put the shaving cream on that. So much easier to clean up. Just crumple and throw away. First time I did shaving cream we did it on the desks and it took 30 min to clean 😂🙈

I made snow with my kids. It’s a super fun sensory activity and made with just baking soda and conditioner. It’s cold to the touch. The best part is when it gets on the floor it vacuums right up and deodorizes the carpet!

Love the Move-Up Day idea! What do the kids moving to middle school do during Move-Up Day?

Try one minute to win it. The game works for all grade levels. You can design it the way you want them to play. So you would multiple game stations. And the kiddos would have one minute to try and win. I love it when I subbed for a 5th grade class

I love making ice cream with my class at the end of the year. This year, I am just making root beer floats, because these kids are ornery!

Today was the last day with my kids🥹 we made 2 ingredient slime….glue and liquid cornstarch…so simple and they loved it because they got to choose the color they wanted once it was made 🤗🤍 Have a fabulous summer ☀️

Old faithful making class t-shirts w/last name & class #on the back;I write them using a sharpie; signatures on the front-wear for field day-a bunch of my 4th graders who are now in their 40s still have them as mementos👍🏽

Can you do a video next year on how you do sub plans? I'm teaching 2nd grade next year and have a sub plan that I'm ok with it but would love your input on how you do/did it in 2nd and 3rd! I hope your last days of went great. :)

Bristle bots. Kids make their robot and make tracks. They love it. Elmers slime activator is the best.

One thing we do at the end of the year is we go around and write one thing we like about someone. Each child gets a paper we put our names on it then we all go around and write something about that child.

In first grade, we do theme days for each day of the last week. One is craft day which they LOVE!

I do a superlatives voting where everyone gets one. Then I do a certificate where students get that superlative to remember our time together.

What are the 3d animals called? I’m having trouble finding them
