I've been making "ice cream" with frozen bananas, but it can get high calorie with some almond butter in there and full fat goat milk plus bannanas. I was thinking about swapping out 1 banna for some zucchini. And I know this is 2B mindset training🙂all about the swaps!!
Yeah, and I’m sure she does it on purpose combined with overly tight editing so you watch the video 3 times to try to figure out what she’s saying, so it inflates her views 🙄
I'm confused by your use of almond milk which I have read in many places is not very healthy it contains lots of sugar. Not to mention expensive and not really any kind of milk. Can you explain a little why do you use it?
You have been misinformed. No sugar in Almond Milk because it's from Almonds but you can get different varieties of it it go to the supermarket and look at the Almond Breeze slice the store brand and read the back of the label where it says sugar there's like one gram of sugar if that which is natural from The Source itself but there's other flavors where they have the sugar in them chocolate vanilla things like that that even have lower fat varieties you'll see it's very good and it's excellent if you have lung disorders respiratory problems like myself because it tastes just like milk but you get no mucus so it doesn't block your breathing and Airway. Because asthmatics should not be drinking milk or dairy products like ice creams and milks Greek yogurt is different but milk is very mucus forming as well as orange juice
Some almond milk does have sugar in it but it's the vanilla kinds that I mostly see that have sugar and then sometimes I do see the regular kinds and you really have to read the label to make sure it's not any type of sugar in it natural flavors are also a bad ingredient in a lot of foods and drinks but sadly we have to just pray to the Lord Jesus and try to make better selections
I think it’s actually for religious reasons. She’s Jewish so she can’t eat dairy and meat in the same meals, that’s why she always uses a dairy free cheese
It depends on preference but also individual health issues and allergies. For some cow milk is beneficial and for others like myself unsweetened almond milk helps control blood sugar. And I use it with my coffee or morning cereal.
