olivia has actually been upfront about her struggles with food though, she mentioned in her song pretty isn't pretty that she skipped lunches a lot when she felt insecure. i don't think her posting pics of fun foods is misleading at all
I think we need to stop over obsessing about what celebrities do. Frankly I appreciate balance. Let them show the fun foods with the diet food. In a nutshell, I don't really care. Everything is a front. Most of it isn't true.
If I eat healthy, I weigh 105. If I eat pizza and soft pretzels and ice cream, I weigh 110. Some of us are just built that way but I don’t see why anyone would lie about it. We probably just have a lot of parasites. 😂
I think people have a weird relationship with food, cause it's not because someone posted a photo eating a burger that they eat burgers every meal. So no they can't "eat everything they want" all day long, they eat in good and healthy portions, it's called balance. You won't get fat by eating junk food once, you can sometimes, not everyday, not at every meal. If they are thin it's pretty obvious they have a balanced and healthy diet, not eating anything. If you don't know that, then you don't know how to eat normally. And that's a problem.
Omg. People complain when they just show meals that aren’t very accessible or more expensive to some like salmon etc or special diet meals, and that celebrities should show things that are more relatable but when they do it, it’s still not good enough. You can never win. 😒
Do you never eat sweets once in a while? Why does everything have to be veggies and super nutritious? 😂 I find it “super real” that celebs don’t only show themselves eating “healthy food”. And it’s not like they only post themselves eating junk food or something. Your vid is weird 😅
Meanwhile I ate noodles, chocolate, milk, cheese, bananas, bread, peanut butter & all kinds of food, but only gained 500gr, then a few hours later I lost 1kg :)
The food and weight obsession in America is honestly sad. Processed garbage is acceptable here with no standards around family cooking setting a table and traditional values. Such a chronic psychological illness is tied to food instead of enjoyment and love of real WHOLE food shared together.
I CANNOT STAND when “nutrition” influencers and workers demonize carbs as in the something that can be harmless and even good for your gut and easy to digest when it is a this sourdough crust. Don’t think of food as something to cut out or remove but think more open minded and inclusive. wraps, rice, wheat, grains, potatoes. These foods are perfectly fine and satiating as well as good at giving energy. Sourdough is a healthier option due to the fermentation! It helps with digestion so the gluten and bread is broken down easier as well as provides active cultures for the gut. Grains eaten sprouted add an amazing amount of nutritional value and fiber so it’s also easier to digest. The mentality of “cutting out” foods is extremely toxic and almost always leads to shame, insecurity, and fear attached to food. Rather than that thinking in the lens of what you can how you can change and find options as well as add nutrients to your diet. a much much healthier mindset that supports something just as important wich is your mental health.
That’s a very very toxic mindset to spread to people looking to improve damaged or disordered eating patterns. Cutting out the bun isn’t going to be an automatic healthier option and shouldn’t be demonized as the only thing to reconsider. It’s about moderation and balance as well as not cutting out the bun if you enjoy it but look through and reminding yourself how many healthy option you can have as well as changes you can make to improve and satisfy your burger. For example sourdough bread has active fermented cultures that aid in gut health and are much easier to digest. Breads made with grains and a bonus if they’re sprouted meaning they’ve been brought to plant life again and given major nutritional value would be another option. Or giving individuals a leaner choice that it’s as bulky and hard to digest like a wrap or sandwich flats made with whole wheat. And if you REALLY wanna go there and talk about cutting out one component it should be the red meat wich is hard to digest, is full of cholesterol fats that will clog arteries and tons of other nutritional issues and conflicts with heart conditions and other organs. Not to mention the energy crash it gives.

I’m 113 and have horrifying back and joint pain. I also had this pain when I was 200 pounds so I don’t know any more what I do know is that I’ve never eaten healthy amounts of food consistently even if I have mostly healthy unprocessed food I really had my eating patters permanently ruined
@@rare1walking yeah. And that's why she's posting the pictures of her child -, to be accessible to everyone, for eternity...Come on! Let kids be kids! Don't take their childhood away too early. Don't fixate them on outer appearance and consumerism.

Isn’t that what normal people do though? Weekdays I eat healthy then on Saturday I have my cheat day where eat out and eat unhealthy meal(s) or snack. Do people actually eat sugary snacks every single day just because celebrities post pictures of themselves eating donuts or cookies?
