Ok, that's the warm up... I'd last all of about two minutes! Massive admiration for your dedication and commitment; however, I mostly enjoyed watching you trying to keep a straight face and not goof about (and failing from time to time)!
I tried all the upper body ones to warm up before an upper body strength session, and loved it! You mentioned your technique is off in some of the moves. Now that you've done the video with Hooper, would you consider re-filming your warm-up routine with what you learned from him? :)
Totally!!! Its so helpful getting to work with people who know a bit more about the training game and tweak my workouts to be more efficient for climbing. Dips is a clear one that I’ve now eliminated haha

Ahh man, tried the non-hanging part of the warm up. And gosh, the figure of 8 is tricky It takes so much concentration particularly when you go the other way! And the jump squat bounces are harder than I remembered!!
Figure 8s are so good once you get the hang of it, really working the whole range of motion. And omg the squats...THEY HURT! I swear they haven’t gotten easier 😂🍑 but(t) I’m trying to amp up my leg power so very necessary
@@AnnaHazelnutt haha I see what you did there! Yeah goal for me hopefully for by the end of the week would be to do the damn jump and bounce without resting haha
My warm up routine is like...the first 2 minutes of this video. "I'm warming up on the wall!" is definitely something we say a lot in this house. (Seriously, I need to step up my game.)
