Ingredients:
500 grams of minced meat.
Spices to taste.
Spaghetti.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 onion.
150 milliliters of tomato paste.
50 grams of Parmesan.
some bacon.

​@@zontortonama hai visto la pasta rinsecchita lasciata nello scolapasta e diventato un blocco colloso forse a stracotto quella pasta 😅poi rigoroso un ottimo vino rosso per sfumare la carne e polpa più che passata pronta con aggiunta di 2 mestoli di brodo perché deve cuocere 2 ore minimo un buon ragù.. È lì il. Segreto oltre le materie prime di qualità un grana padano dop non si butterebbe dentro una pentola ma gratugguato fresco sopra la pasta e nemmeno tenere un po' di acqua di cottura.. ha messo pure le olive??

Gli italiani caro amico usano l'olio d'oliva per soffriggere non il burro o l'olio di semi. Ps l'aglio e cipolla vanno aggiunte al soffritto prima di mettere la carne e il formaggio non si butta nel sugo ma sulla pasta. Hai fatto un primo che qui in Italia non mangerebbe neanche un cane , ho detto tutto😅

I would use about 1/2 cup of Crushed Tomatoes or Puree' tomatoes. 🙂

That is far from am itallian dish . For one how did you balance the acidity of the tomatoe sauce ? 2 why are you adding garlic ? If it is an authentic italian sauce it would not have garlic in it . Paprika ? Bacon ? Whatvare thise seeds ? Just no .. I almost threw up ..

@@brandonchamberlain1914 Hazan? Italian? Olive oil is the ingredient; butter is used in the cold North, Germany, Holland, Belgium, etc. However you can find it in some recipes in the Northern Italy and the reason is obvious: no olive trees.

In traditional Italian cuisine the fats were: olive oil, butter and animal fats, suet and lard. In the central north, butter and fats were mainly used, in the south olive oil. One serving suggestion - is I would not mix the pasta in the sauce. Instead, I would add olive oil to the cooked pasta, add a little pesto and then pour the sauce over the pasta.

If you add olive oil to the pasta and then pour sauce over it, isn't the oil covering blocking the red sauce from penetrating the pasta ? I was taught never to do it that way, but if you like it that way, do it.......Just a suggestion.....

Don’t use sunflower oil. Highly processed oil. Use avocado or extra virgin olive oil

Looks delicious! If you eat this three times a week though you really need to drain the ground/minced meat. Your cholesterol and low density lipoproteins will be high and you can develop coronary artery disease & arteriosclerosis, especially with the bacon too.

Beh è la pasta rimasta nello scolapasta che si è incollata e seccata e buttata rinsecchita nella pentola😂 naaahhh..Un italiano la Butterebbe.. Quel blocco colloso.. poi un buon vino di qualità e sfumarci la carne e brodo e polpa di pomodoro non passata pronta perché deve cuocere almeno 2 ore a fuoco lento olio di qualità e no burro e olio di semi e formaggio grana padano dop purtroppo la materia prima di qualità fa i piatti buoni.. Anche la cosa più semplice è banale, La paprika non l ho capita forse era un turco 😅

For me, if the package directions for the pasta says to boil for 10 minutes, I boil it for five.

I always keep the spaghetti and sauce separate until I plate. Even then I just put thr sauce over the top of spaghetti and do not mix. I'm only half Italian though. What doi know

The bacon is a nice touch, perhaps a bit more crispy? A little too much salt for my liking, but delicious all the same. For a slightly different flavour, add a good measure of chopped black olives. Yummy! Bravo!!

Ciao direi che gli ingredienti vanno bene ma il ragù deve essere fatto prima con il soffritto di aglio e cipolla poi aggiungere la carne mista maiale e manzo sfumare con vino rosso aggiungere passata di pomodoro peperoncino prezzemolo e basilico aggiungere un po' di brodo vegetale sale e pepe e terminare la cottura di almeno un'ora e mezza. Gli spaghetti una volta scolati caldi vanno conditi con il ragù aggiungere a pioggia il parmigiano. Buon appetito

Carissimo difficilmente questa è una ricetta italiana soprattutto perché da noi il ragù, ciò che hai provato a fare , non si farebbe mai così e non con la paprika. Ci fai più bella figura onestamente se non lo dici. Per il resto potrei anche assaggiarlo ma come piatto tuo. Finally someone who knows how to use a grater correctly. You could have just left the cheese in the grater and transport to the sauce but I imagine you needed a good camera shot.

It still looks yummy other than raw bacon. Bacon wasn't needed cooked or not. I would make and eat the pasta though.

Great recipe...however>>> Not much meat with the noodles was served in the end. A nicer amount of meat to be served would be what we see during 7:50 - 7:55 . Just sayin.

Si è il titolo che fa arrabbiare se lo propone come un suo piatto non sembra una presa in giro, poi sono aperta anche ad assaggiare😅anche se quegli spaghetti rinsecchiti e colloso un blocco unico.. lasciati a stra cuocere nello scolapasta non mi attiravano molto😂

While I respect our cultural differences, it's hard to see so many basic mistakes 😅. Always saute the onion and garlic first before the meat. No whole or crushed tomatoes. So much flavor lost. I'd still eat it, though. Good work.

To each its own, but...tomato paste and dry basil, can never replace fresh tomatoes and basil. Italians use celery, carrot and a dash of red wine, along with onion, garlic and minced meat and some meat stock. NEVER ever they mix the cheese with the sauce, in fact, some say no parmesan. Grandma used rosemary too....But, if your family likes it 3 x a week, good for you all!!

Every video they ask you to cook it 3 times a week . That's the 2 different meals only for dinner. 2 different meals for lunch and 2 different meals for breakfast. That's the same 6 meals week after week. How many recipes do you have? I call bullshit.

Io non ho problemi per come lo cucina sinceramente e potrei benissimo mangiarlo e magari è anche buono dubito sulla pasta lasciata lì nello scolapasta a diventare un blocco di colla asciutta e stracotta passaggio terrificante.. assaggiarlo però se lo propone come un suo piatto e non che dica che gliel ha insegnato un italiano mooltooo improbabile... È questo che mi da fastidio ma non giudico il suo piatto basta non dire ragù di alla Bolognese "ricetta italiana" .. Tu non esagerare con i commenti però.. Anche se ti senti preso in giro dal titolo ok???

I am sorry, but Italians do not use vegetable oil or butter. We always use extra-virgin olive oil. Also, we use wine when frying the meat. This is not italian.
