My grandmother taught me this recipe! The most delicious cake! Want to eat it every day
It's so delicious that I make it almost every weekend! Delicious recipe with strawberries
► Recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs
150 grams sugar, 10 g vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
50 grams of starch
Stir to avoid lumps
Cook while stirring until thickened
Cover the cream and let it cool
100 grams of water
100 grams of milk
80 grams of butter
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Heat until the butter melts and bring to the boil
130 grams of flour
Stir to avoid lumps
Dry the dough at medium/high heat for about 2-3 minutes
Let the dough cool slightly
Gradually stir in 1 egg at a time
I used 3 whole eggs
Place the dough on parchment
Spread with a wet spoon
Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 25-30 minutes
~ 250 g strawberries
200 ml cold cream (33-36%)
Whipped cream and vanilla sauce should be approximately the same temperature
Gradually stir in the entire vanilla sauce
When the cake has cooled slightly, turn it over and spread with cream.
Add strawberries
roll up tightly
