the real issue w/ SW and women like her is that she married Bob W strictly for the $. When the $ ran out, she became bitter and angry, and has not dealt w/ it. SW can't get anymore $ from Bob W - because he doesn't have anymore $. Neither of them have any marketable life skills or ability to earn $ via a career. And so - the sad part is that there are kids living in the middle of their parents emotional and financial nightmare. No one developed any skills, no one planned for the future, no one saved or invested or thought about life after the NFL. So sad - and no, Iyanla cannot fix that.

I have been mentoring young girls for years and my message to them is that gaining all the money and power in the world will not validate you mentally if you don't value yourself enough to create your own existence. The stupid thing is even if Sheree did manage to finish building the thing, it would still need to be furnished and maintained and the property taxes paid on it each year. While she's currently earning money from RHOA, there is no guarantee her contract will keep on being renewed, or even that the series won't get cancelled. Without any skills, or a profession to fall back on she will never be able to earn the money necessary for the upkeep of such a big house. And with her children more or less grown she'd be rattling around the place on her own anyway. How much more sensible would it have been to buy a three bedroom condo and invest the rest of her money? That way she would have ensured she could at least have enough to live on in the future when whatever work she manages to hold down right now has dried up.

i completely agree. if you act like you have something to prove and you try to flaunt so that people can approve of you, you have low self esteem. I hope Sheree finds some humble pie because shes not rich enough to be acting and spending the way she does. thats why its better to ALWAYS have your own whether you are a guy or a girl, secure yourself with your own money that YOU made yourself, then you don't have to worry about it being taken....its the best way to live

You SAID that!!! Yes Gad! I knew Sheree was no good when during Season 3 - when she first announced that she was building the house - and she and the kids had moved into an apartment, they shot a scene in the apartment and her son was sleeping on an air mattress on the floor! And I think a few scenes before she was showing off a brand new Birkin bag and new car. Sheree is like a lot of women you see in the hood - dressed to the nines & tens yet no food in the house and kids are raggedy!

I can't believe it took me a year to see this!! Everything was spot on! Sheree thought Bob was gone be so caught up on her looks and he wouldn't expect nothing out of her as a wife.
